Good for the able-bodied. Key was easy to obtain but followed by a significant walk uphill with luggage. Many rental bikes nearby which made commuting around the city convenient.

The rooms were clean. Host was responsive. The neighborhood is quiet. We loved the upstairs living room area more. We were hardly at the apartment because we had a lot of activities planned. But, having a fully functional kitchen was very helpful. Also, having a washer/dryer was very useful with 4 family members in the apartment. It is a steep hill to climb up to the apartment after collecting the key from the store. But, once you get up there and explore the neighborhood, it is quite pleasant. Angel tube stop and kings cross was 10 to 15 min walking distance from the apartment making traveling really easy. Also, bus services are very good in London and bus stops are really close by. Overall, a good stay!

The apartment was clean and conveniently located. It took 17 days after check-out for me to receive my deposit back in full. Our issues with the apartment: No drink coasters or tablemats, no tea towels, no bath mats, only one pillow provided person, only one set of keys which was inconvenient for a household of 5 people, dishwasher tablet dispenser does not close. Half of the window in the main bedroom was boarded up - because of this it could not be locked.

The location was very good.There was an excellent communication however the host expected us to open the clogged drain of the shower. Each time I emailed they said they have to organize it with their team. It took two days and at the end we did it ourselves. Instructing us to go and purchase a drain opener is not appealing to any guest.The cookware were extremely scratched and unhealthy. So when we asked for a proper pan they asked us to go and purchase it and then send the invoice or pick it up from somewhere….. Again, they had to organize it with their team which eventually happened on the third day of our five days stay.Overall, the impression I got was that they don’t care as long as they get their money. I also told them it’s as if I’m talking with a chat bot!!!!I am sure the next guest would enjoy the new set of pans and pots that were supposed to be there in the first place.

Great location and great host. Super responsive. The pickup location for keys is convenient- about 3-5 minute walk and was on the way coming from st.pancras. Recommended the place. There is an amazing sandwich shop around the corner and great coffee shop frequency close by as well.

The flat was perfect for our stay in London—very walkable area, not far from various destinations, and we made friends with a few foxes in the area on our nighttime walks.

We really enjoyed a very nice and pleasant stay in Islington. The flat was big and well furnished. Exactly as reported in the listing. The two bathrooms were top level. Neighborhood quiet and a few-minute walk from King’s Cross, St. Pancras Int’l and a lot of bus stops and every type of shops nearby. An absolutely wonderful location to visit the whole city. Definitely recommended!

Pros: - Location in a lovely residential neighborhood close to many transit options and restaurants- Apartment was clean and as advertised - Leading up to the stay, the host was communicativeCons:- Incorrect information about when the key point opens delayed our arrival; host wasn't helpful but eventually VRBO made it right- The primary bathroom shower gets a lot of bathroom wet

Great flat, easy walking distance to cafes, pubs and stores.As described, but the wi-fi was terrible. Only really worked if we sat upstairs in the living room. Everything else was as listed. Communication was good. Housekeeper got there 2 hours early and just waited outside the door so we felt really rushed to leave. It was a little strange. Door to kitchen doesn’t stay open and heaters take a long time so the kitchen gets very cold if the door is left open. Test of the house takes a long time to heat up too, but we wore sweaters and dealt with it. The place was good and cute and we had a great time.

Great location, nice neighborhood, and the unit had everything we needed. The key pick up was a little inconvenient - the store was closed when we out there but soon opened. We enjoyed our stay!

London Family Trip

Apartment on quiet street. 5-10 mins to bus stops. 10-15 mins to either Underground station. Several restaurants about 10 min walk away. Couple close small pubs. Pictures match description. Pleasant stay.

Great location in a quiet area! Short walking distance from transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Communication with Paul and team was always quick. The security deposit information is stated before booking, just a little odd and took 3 weeks from when we left London to finally get back. We did get it back in full so just know it will take some time.

Do NOT book this place. Trust me.

The place is not bad. But the showers did NOT work for about 30 hours. And the point of contact could not care less. We has a fancy dinner at a michelin one star restaurant and we had to go without taking a shower alfter a long trip from NY.They finally said they will be sending someone next morning so we waited to be able to shower before we went out. They arrived 2.20 pm. So we lost most of sunday waiting…I think the person that answers is actually Ai because he will give us all the obvious answers every time.So if you really want to enjoy your holidays just choose another home. This has been my worst experience at Vrbo. We asked to be compensated and they deny the ask.
