Our condo is in family friendly Horizon South located on the quiet and very desirable west side of Pier Park and Panama City Beach. Dedicated beach access only 100 feet from the property entrance putting you only minutes from enjoying the beautiful white sugar sand beaches and majestic sunsets on Panama City Beach. If you like to swim, we have four pools (Main pool is heated during winter months, a large outdoor hot tub that I absolutely love and a kiddie pool that you will like for the little ones in your family.
Other amenities include tennis court, Pickleball court, pool table and shuffleboard courts. Horizon South has a large exercise room with all new equipment for your daily workout.

You will be close to the area attractions at a great value for your getaway vacation. Our gated community is located less than two miles from Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park & Frank Brown Park. You will be a short walk away to McGuires Irish Restaurant, Pirates Voyage Dinner Theater, Salty Sue’s, Coconut’s at the Front Beach entrance. There are also several golf courses nearby. If this is your first visit to Panama City Beach, you will truly enjoy everything that is offered on the Emerald Coast of Florida and especially the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” You just don’t have that on the Atlantic Coast.

Your vacation condo features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and Samsung 65” Smart Television with Roku. You will have available a drip and K-cup type coffee makers to add to your morning delight. Sunrise on the patio is exceptional. So, take your coffee outside and enjoy. Do you like to grill? You will have an outdoor charcoal grill for cooking delicious smoked foods.

Our condo has a king bed in the downstairs, smart TV and two queen beds upstairs and ROKU TV in living area and both bedrooms.

The kitchen is well stocked if you desire to prepare meals. You will have an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. Morning coffee can be prepared with a drip coffee maker and/or Keurig style coffee maker.
Living room has a couch, loveseat and chairs.

Horizon South is a gated condominium complex and gate code will be provided before your arrival. We have entries/exits off both Front Beach Road and US Highway 98 (Also known as the Panama City Beach Parkway). There are very few complexes with this added availability.
