5) Quiet neighbourhood, shops, pubs, restaurants are in close proximity, with 3 train stations nearby, close to bus stops and easy access to central London.
The property is situated in a quiet area in Chafford Hundred, close to Grays town centre, Lakeside and Orset, with good transport links into London (40 mins train ride) and easy access to major motorway and A13m / M25 motorway.
