Sofa Bed Configurations: For optimal comfort, our sofa bed features a 4-inch memory foam mattress. It is automatically made up for reservations of 3+ guests. If you are a party of 2 requiring separate sleeping arrangements, simply let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you.

Pack & Play (For Guests Under 36"): Available upon request! Please notify us at the time of booking (or at least 72 hours prior to arrival) so we can have it set up for your stay. (Late requests subject to a $25 setup fee).

Cleanliness Above All: Exceptional cleanliness is our highest priority. Our cleaning fees directly support fair, living wages for our dedicated local housekeeping team, ensuring your bungalow is immaculate for your arrival.
House Rules & Guest Policies:

Primary Guest Identity & ID Verification: No third-party bookings are permitted per our policy. The person who booked the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. We reserve the right to request a government-issued photo ID upon check-in to verify identity. Unverified arrivals or third-party check-ins will be denied entry without a refund.

No Shoes Indoors ($50 Special Cleaning Fee): Please remove shoes upon entry to help keep our original historic hardwood floors immaculate. A $50 cleaning fee will apply for shoe marks or deep floor cleaning.

No Unregistered Guests / No Visitors ($250 Fee per Unregistered Person / Immediate Cancellation): Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Unregistered guests will incur a $250 fee per person per day and may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

No Commercial Activity ($500 Fine & Immediate Eviction): Commercial events, filming, photo shoots, or business transactions of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violators will face a $500 fine and immediate removal from the property.

Bedding & Capacity Limits: Accommodations are strictly limited to the queen bed and living room sofa bed.

Strict Checkout & Unauthorized Late Stays ($100/Hour Penalty): Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM to allow time for deep cleaning. Anyone remaining past checkout time without prior written approval will be assessed $100 per hour and considered trespassing under local law.
