Modern villa for 8 people with private pool in Sicily, just a few kilometers from Palermo.
The villa is located in a residential area, but is completely independent.
Villa Vincenzo is ideal for exploring northwestern Sicily.
Inside, it offers large, bright spaces and all amenities. There is a hot tub and a sauna on the lower floor. Outside there is a well tended garden with a private pool and whirlpool area. You can enjoy Villa Vincenzo year round.
At guests’ disposal: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 is private), 8 people; air conditioning; indoor sauna and hot tub; private pool with whirlpool area and waterfall; garden furniture; barbecue; Wifi internet; parking.

Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this villa, it is VERY high spec and the host Vincenzo was great, excellent restaurants nearby and a very well stocked Conad supermarket, and just about 10-15 minutes away from Palermo airport.

Amazing villa, it really exceeded our expectations. The facilities are really good and the swimming pool is amazing. The hosts were very welcoming and really friendly. They recommended some local restaurants and eleven let me know how I could watch the Formula 1! Would definitely recommend.

Pleasant stay in a beautiful villa

The stay in the villa Vincenzo was very comfortable. Vincenzo and his daugther were always available if required. The villa offers a beautiful pool and garden. We highly recommend this villa for young adults!

Our family of 8 had a great time. The villa is absolutely charming. We had a great pleasure meeting Mr Vincenzo and his lovely daughter. They were patiently waited for us while we were late. They had provided us very clear introduce of the house, and they also very kindly recommended us restaurants and supermarkets etc nearby to visit. We felt at home for the few days we stayed there. We truly thankful to have this experience staying in the Villa

The villa is stunning the photos dont do it justice. It is a bit out the way which is perfect if you want somewhere quiet and private but you definitely need a car as getting a taxi was near impossible The kitchen has everything you could need and everything is so well planned out. cannot recommend enough

The Villa is at least equal to the pictures and description. Apart from some building work going on next door, it was peaceful and beautiful, with very quick access to the airport, provided you have a car, which is advisable. The villa is spacious and well appointed, with great flexibility regarding seating areas, dining and general living. Security is excellent and the owners are friendly and easily contactable.

This house is amazing with a great view and very kind hosts who took great care of us during our stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming us into their home. We were a group of 7 and this house was a perfect fit for us. With a spacious living area, 4 bedrooms, an incredible backyard with a pool, and a great size kitchen this was amazing. The house was very clean and put together when we arrived and it was easy to navigate the closest train stop from the house. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a getaway to sicily where you can enjoy the scenery around and a beautiful house!!

The owner was a very helpful, responsive, friendly host, nothing was too much trouble. He allowed us to deposit our luggage prior to the check in time, which was helpful. The villa was very secure with a good sized pool. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of bottled water provided, along with a wide range of cooking oils, spices, condiments and coffee. There were plenty of cooking utensils, a large variety of glasses and a large amount of crockery and cutlery. We were a group of six adults and we never wanted for anything. I would highly rate and recommend this property.

The villa is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We were delighted with t. extra kitchen decorated in Sicilian style with all appliances. The stairs to the 1st floor are winding so they can be difficult for seniors, but there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor so it's an ideal place to relax for the whole multi-generational family :) There was no problem with late check-in despite the information about limited check-in hours. The villa is near the airport, don't be scary about the last part of the road (under the highway, with uneven surface) ;) - you will appreciate the proximity of the highway when going on trips. The energy limit is very small, we paid extra 30 euros despite using the air conditioning a little, not using the sauna and jacuzzi and spending most time outside the villa - you should count it planning costs of accommodation. Generally, we are delighted with the villa and it's owners and will definitely stay there during next stay in Sicily. Thank you very much!

Piękna willa, zadbana, z zaopatrzeniem w kawę, herbatę, wodę (na cały pobyt dla 8 osób przez tydzień!). Strefa basenowa super -jacuzzi, kaskada i całkiem głębokie miejsce do skakania na główkę. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, mimo że kontakt odbywał się po angielsku przez córkę :) Lokalizacja nie jest idealna - przy lotnisku i z dala widać autostradę, w sumie nie jest to jakoś męczące. I trzeba mieć samochód, to nie jest okolica do spacerowania.

La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires, même pour faire la cuisine, ce qui est un vrai plus quand on reste une semaine ou plus ! Nous n’avons pas vraiment profité de la piscine car non chauffée (mois de Mai). La localisation, bien que dans un quartier calme, est éloignée de tout, il faut tout faire en voiture (35mn de Palerme, 20mn de la belle plage de Mondello et 3h30 de l’Etna). Le quartier est également proche d’une grande route et de l’aéroport ce qui peut être positif pour faciliter l’accès mais le bruit peut être gênant si des personnes y sont sensibles. Les lits sont très confortables, il y a également la climatisation dans chaque chambre. Vincenzo le propriétaire est très accueillant (de l’eau et une attention à l’arrivée). Il est également très réactif et arrangeant !

Notre séjour à la villa s’est très bien passé, l’endroit est paisible et disposé d’une belle vue sur la mer et de couchers de soleil magnifiques. L’hôte Vincenzo a été extrêmement réactif et a remplacé certains des équipements qui ont été défaillants immédiatement. Il a été très prévoyant et attentionné en nous fournissant du charbon pour le barbecue ou encore des packs d’eau ce qui nous a beaucoup touché. Nous avons été ravis de profiter de la piscine ainsi que du baby foot.

Wir hatten wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung (Restaurants) gegeben. Nah am Flughafen, aber ruhig. Gute Lage, aber man braucht ein Auto. Alles sehr sauber. Spa-Bereich nur durch Aufpreis nutzbar. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne Villa in der Nähe von Palermo. Ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Der Pool mit Sprungbrett und Whirlpool ist einfach super. Es gibt ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich. Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet. Man benötigt ein Auto um zu Restaurants, Ständen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu gelangen. Vincenzo gibt tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Strände. Start und Landung der Flugzeuge ist zu hören, das haben wir aber nicht als störend empfunden. Wir können die Villa in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen!

Großartiges Haus mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Besitzern! Schöne Aussicht, toller Garten. Tolle Schlafzimmer und schöne Bäder! Alles mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Die Gegend in der das Haus liegt ist etwas abgelegen, ohne eigene Autos ist ein Aufenthalt nicht möglich. Leider funktionierte der Whirlpool im Haus nicht, das wurde vorher nicht gesagt. Ansonsten war alles super! REPLY The Indoor Jacuzzi is in perfect working conditions, available on request and not included in the rental price as per description.

Meget imødekommende vært. De nærmeste omgivelser var ikke så spændende, men der var en storslået udsigt. Børnene var meget glade for pool´en. Det var et dejligt hus at opholde sig i, og der var masser af plads.

Très beau logement, très spacieux, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien! Le quartier surprend au départ, mais c’est très calme! Très bon accueil, nous avons pu déposer les valises avant le Check in, et les laisser après le Check out. Super agréable de revenir à la villa après une bonne journée à Palerme ! Je recommande vivement !

Vi är generellt mycket nöjda med vår vistelse i Carini via Posarelli villas. Verkligheten överträffade bilderna, utsikten är magisk, huset har alla bekvämligheter man behöver inte minst poolen och poolområdet som var perfekt. Huset var rent och fräscht. Vi möttes upp av den mycket trevliga värden när vi kom till huset och fick en rundgång och nycklar. Vi hade dock inte fått information om detta förrän vi själva hörde av oss och frågade hur vi skulle få nycklarna. Vi fick heller inte mer information om utcheckningen än vilken tid den var. Vi fick visat för oss att det fanns två kök i huset men ingen information om att bara vissa delar av köken fungerade (spisen i det ena, ugnen i det andra osv). Under veckan kom värden tillsammans med olika hantverkare vid ett par tillfällen utan att vi hade informerats om deras ankomst i förväg vilket upplevdes som lite märkligt. Totalt sett var vistelsen fantastisk, vi kommer gärna tillbaka och rekommenderar verkligen boendet!
