Please note - Building works at Harbour Reach - The block managers have advised there are extensive works planned around Pelican House from the beginning of September 2024 for a year. There are works going on to other blocks within the development so there may be contractors working on site but not on this block. The works are to deal with façade, roof and balcony door / window issues. The entire project for the development is estimated to take two years and impact various elements of the development at different stages. We will continue to update our marketing as further details are received and update guests accordingly.
