Maria di Leuca, stands a traditional Salento rural property consisting of 4 “Furneddrhi” (pagliare/trulli) made of stone, each completely independent, meticulously restored, and nestled among olive trees and typical Mediterranean scrub. The property offers guests spacious outdoor areas enhanced by a meticulously tended garden featuring olive trees, plants, and flowers of all kinds, all in harmony with the area’s characteristic Mediterranean vegetation.

Each trullo features a spacious outdoor terrace with a wooden roof, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs—ideal for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner al fresco in total relaxation.

The outdoor pool is centrally located among the four trulli so that it is easily accessible to all guests and is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Each trullo features a heated outdoor shower, a barbecue, air conditioning, mosquito screens, a kitchenette with various utensils, a fridge/freezer, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an LED smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. The interiors of all four units are tastefully designed with attention to detail, quality, and elegance.

The property also features a soccer field and tennis court, a communal barbecue area for group dinners, and a children’s play area.

Each unit also comes with two bicycles provided free of charge for relaxing excursions through the local countryside.

The NOCE trullo consists of a single open space with a view of the pool and features a convenient kitchenette and a spacious, comfortable en suite bathroom, as well as a very useful and welcome outdoor shower with hot water.
