Villa Duplich is located in a splendid rural area, surrounded by idyllic nature. Only 13 km from the first beach, 20 km from Pula and the airport, this villa is ideal for a family vacation. The house is surrounded with a green lawn, fragrant Mediterranean herbs and Istrian olives, and of course an irresistible infinity pool, where you can escape the hot summer temperatures while also enjoying the view. The pool is surrounded with a spacious beach, a morning coffee corner, and a summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill and a place for a pleasant lunch in the shade.
Step into the beautifully decorated interior where you will find everything you need for a flawless vacation. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a bar, a toilet and one bedroom with a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Each room has access to its own terrace, which you will surely find to be your favorite place to start or end the day at, enjoying the harmony of the nature.
The house and garden are covered with Wi-Fi. There is a fenced parking lot next to the house.
This alluring villa is immersed in the Istrian landscape, which offers a wide range of different activities for your vacation. Only 7 km from the villa is the medieval town of Barban, famous for the ancient knightly game "Trka na prstenac". Those who love animals, especially horses, will certainly find the Barba Tone ranch interesting, and adrenaline seekers can find Glavani adrenaline park just 1 km away! Then there are numerous trails and bike paths through nature and along the sea. And of course, after all the activities, you can replenish all your energy with Istrian food and wine in the nearby taverns. For those who wish to explore the Istrian islands, tourist boats and ferries are available just a few kilometers from the villa.
If you wish to experience the authentic Istrian lifestyle, or just relax from the busy urban life, Villa Duplich is the perfect place for you.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area

Alen and his family were so welcoming! The villa is as beautiful as it looks. It was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy and everything is well thought out. We had an amazing time as 3 couples , an unforgettable holiday :)

Perfect house to discover Istria

The house is very comfortable and the pool and exterior dining area are outstanding. The host Alan made us feel at home and was very helpful. The house is located between small villages so is very quiet but there are grocery stores, bakery and restaurants not far away. From the house you can easily visit all of Istria. It's a beautiful house in a beautiful country. We hope to go back.

Amazing house

We had a wonderful week in a beautiful house. Alen is so friendly and we felt really welcome.Everything what you need is availeble. Wine, honey liquer, cookies and fresh flowers when we arrived.It was tip top! And when we left we recieved a present. We can recomend this house and host to everybody. Thank you Alen and also your wife.😉

Unforgettable Weekend in a Modern Villa with Heartwarming Hospitality

We had an unforgettable long weekend at this beautiful, modern villa with a pool. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The villa is even more stunning than the photos—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home.The owners welcomed us so warmly, greeting us with a delicious homemade cake, rakija, and wine. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made us feel instantly at home.One of the highlights was the spacious, well-maintained lawn surrounding the villa. Our dog had the absolute best time running freely and exploring—it was such a joy to watch! We also made great use of the outdoor space by playing badminton and volleyball together, which added so much fun and energy to our stay.The pool area was perfect for both relaxing and cooling off in the afternoons, and the terrace was ideal for family meals and evening chats.Thank you to our wonderful hosts for creating such a peaceful and welcoming space. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Duplich und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Schon der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber war von Anfang bis zum Ende perfekt. Die Villa selbst war makellos sauber sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Der Infinity-Pool war definitiv das Highlight, einfach Traumhaft.Die Außenküche war genial zum Verweilen mit Fernseher zur WM einfach perfekt.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, konnten gut entspannen und kommen gerne wiederVielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser mega-tollen Location sehr genossen. Top sauber, uns fehlte es an nichts.Ein gelungener Mix zwischen moderner Villa und idyllischer istrischer Natur pur.Auch unsere Labbi-Mädchen fühlten sich in dem grossen Garten sehr wohl.Sympathische, unkomplizierte und grosszügige Gastgeber! Rundum toller Urlaub

Wir haben das Haus mit dem eingezäunten Grundstück sehr genossen, da der Hund einfach springen konnte. Die Hanglage und der Infinitypool sind ebenfalls wunderbar angelegt. Wir hatten alles in allem auch wirklich Glück mit dem Wetter. Leider ist dieses Jahr überall der Herbst schneller gekommen, als erwartet. Wie gut, dass man da ein schönes Haus hatte, in dem man sich wirklich wohlfühlen kann. Die Ausstattung ist top. Wenn man gerne Kleidung aufhängt könnten es ein paar mehr Kleiderbügel sein. Das wäre aber auch schon das einzige, was vielleicht gefehlt hat. Alen ist ein sehr, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Es erwartete uns ein selbstgemachter Begrüßungslikör und Kuchen, den seine Frau für uns gebacken hatte. Er hat uns auch Restauranttipps zugeschickt. Zum Abschied gab es den leckeren Likör dann noch für zu Hause. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Pula, Rovinj und Poreç gemacht, wobei uns Rovinj am besten gefallen hat. Da war allerdings auch das Wetter toll. Abschließend können wir das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Alen für die Gastfreundschaft!

Super schönes Ferienhaus

Wurden vom Besitzer mit einem Honigschnaps sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Haus ist in einem Top sauberen Zustand und wie schon beschrieben in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. In dieser Ferienunterkunft fehlt es wirklich an Nichts. Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir sind von unserem Gastgeber herzlich begrüßt worden. Bekamen leckeren Honigschnaps und d Kinder Orangensaft. Das Haus ist ein Traum, Ausstattung alles was braucht und mehr. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Können es zu 200% weiter empfehlen.

Der Traum von Istrien

Gigantisch, grandios, unübertrefflich, ausserordentlich ich könnte noch fortfahren, und es war wirklich so. Ein Traumhaus in idylischer Lage und eine super nette Vermieterfamilie. Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche. Im Haus fehlt es an gar nichts, als ob man sofort einziehen könnte. Komplett ausgestattet von Handtücher über Seife über eine komplette Küchenausstattung sogar eine Eiswürfelmaschine ist vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank hat mir Alen sogar schon Getränke deponiert mit Begrüßungsschnaps, sodass der Urlaub in ersten Minute begann. Danke Dir für die herrliche Woche

Ein abwechslungsreicher Urlaub in einem super Haus

Alen und seine Familie waren super freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist abgeschieden, aber es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt im Ort, wo man von Montag bis Sonntag frisches Brot und Wurst bekommt. Für Großeinkäufe empfehlen wir Konzum oder Plodine in Vodnjan. In Labin oder Pula gibt es zusätzlich Spar, Lidl, Müller und dm. Es hat uns also an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die wenig frequentierten Strände von Ribici und Peroj haben uns und unserem Hund gefallen. Hier konnten wir ungestört baden und mit dem SUP fahren. Gleich oberhalb des Grundstücks kann man über Feldwege wunderbar mit dem Hund Gassigehen. Das Grundstück selbst ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund trotz der Straße am Grundstück frei laufen konnte. Besonders die Fliegengitter an sämtlichen Terrassen- und Balkontüren waren für uns als Allergiker super. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, uns hat es gefallen. Vielen Dank an Alen und seine Familie!

10 Tage mit der Familie

Haus ist mega. Besitzer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Gegend sehr ruhig 😊 dafür aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen. Im ganzen ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder…

Traumferienhaus

Von der Übergabe des Hauses durch den Besitzer bis zur Abnahme ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar, es fehlt an nichts! Die Einrichtung ist so geschmackvoll und trotzdem praktikabel, alle 3 Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer, die Küche ist ein Traum. Die Aussenküche ist mit einen Spülbecken, Gasgrill und einen Kochfeld ausgestattet somit verlagert sich das Urlaubsgeschehen nach draußen, was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Dieses Ferienhaus war das beste , was wir bis jetzt gemietet haben um unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Vielen Dank nochmal an unseren Gastgeber Alen und seine Familie!!! PS.: Für Hunde ist dieses Ferienhaus ein Traum , weil komplett umzäunt!!

Ein super Urlaub und tolles Ferienhaus !

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Duplich verbracht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Wir wurden vom Vermieter / Alen sehr nett empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, hat eine schöne moderne Ausstattung und es wurde an alles gedacht. Einfach rundum super 👍 Nochmal vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und Grüße an Alen ! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-) Fam. Schuhmann
