Mas Santo is a private Mediterranean estate near Sitges designed for families, retreats and meaningful gatherings. Just 3 km from the coast/beaches and minutes away from Sitges, the estate offers space for up to 28 guests across multiple independent living areas — combining privacy, comfort and beautiful open surroundings.

FLEXIBLE STAYS
Mas Santo can also be arranged for smaller groups who prefer a more intimate setting within the estate. Stunning villa!

Perfect villa for a large group. Location is rural, but ideal to reach other towns/airport. The villa is spotless and Carmen went above & beyond to help us before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Best Family Vacation Home

Words can’t describe how amazing our stay was. It was perfect for 16 adults and one infant. Carmen even had a sleeper arranged for my infant. We had plenty of space the property is beautiful! The multiple kitchens and dishwashers were a great bonus! We're already planning our next stay here!!

Long weekend

We stayed for a group celebration over easter weekend. The house was amazing, secluded and very private. Would recommend having a car but we got on fine using local taxis. It is quite a way from Sitges though so the name of the villa is slightly misleading but for a group holiday the house is ideal. Would love to go back with friends and family.

Mas Santo - a great place to stay

13 adults and 5 children spent one week in July at Mas Santo. The buildings are wonderful, the swimming pool area is great, and the service is impeccable (replacement of fridge in the pool area, repairing out of order toilet etc.). The kitchen facilities were great but perhaps an additional fridge could be considered. We were shopping every day, and it was very difficult to store food and drinks for 18 people for just a single day in the fridge, and we were somewhat surprised that the rooms only had rather noisy fans and that no aircon was installed. The playground was something we really looked forward to. With 4 kids under the age of 10 this was also one of the reasons we choose to stay at Mas Santo. However, the climbing frame seemed very old and poorly maintained. Using the swing made the entire climbing frame rock back and forth. The trampoline and safety net were also poorly maintained and maybe even not assembled correctly. This made us feel unsafe and therefore we choose not to let the children use the playground.

A great stay

We had a lovely family break at the villa, which included a post-wedding party. The villa is beautiful (just as advertised) with lots of space for family and children. The villa is also set-up securely for children to run and play. We were easily able to host dinners for 20 people with the facilities available and formally organised an event for 65 people through Carmen's supplier list. Carmen was very responsive from the start of the process, answering questions about facilities, suppliers and her own personal recommendations. She has a full time groundskeeper who is excellent. We would definitely recommend staying in the villa!

Beautiful property in a great location that’s perfect for large groups and events

We spent a fantastic 5 days at Mas Santo, where we also hosted our wedding. The property is gorgeous - lovely traditional details but with comfortable, modern interiors. The grounds and pool area are also lovely, the outdoor kitchen meant it was easy to cater for large groups and to have evening BBQs. Only downside was that there was very little hot water - probably down to the fact we were a large group but not ideal. The property is ideally located just 35 minutes from Barcelona so was easily accessible for all our guests. Sitges is 20 minutes away and there are plenty of supermarkets within a short drive of the property, saying that, a car is essential. We hosted our wedding during the stay, for which we paid an additional event fee. It is a fantastic location for a laid back wedding, but anyone booking should be aware that you are only allowed to work with a limited number of ‘approved’ caterers, the details for which you will not receive until after booking. This was a little problematic initially as several of the quotes I received were very high, however we eventually worked with Chef Bruno of Food Love Barcelona who was really fantastic. In terms of wedding planning, it’s quite challenging to work with the property manager, who wanted us to have a wedding planner - quotes for this were around 2k and so we did it ourselves in the end, but in all honesty it was not always an easy process communicating with the property manager, and there are several restrictions in place to be aware of - no confetti, late night music etc. Aside from this, the whole stay was brilliant. We had our deposit returned very promptly and any issues we had on-site were rectified quickly. When we arrived there were not enough tea cups and the next day a large box arrived, the on-site property manager also helped us with a few on-site queries and came to the villa each day to see that everything was ok so we felt well looked after. I would absolutely recommend this lovely property to anyone looking for a comfortable villa with lots of character for a large group.

Peace and love

Serenity is what I felt as soon as I arrived at Mas Santo. There are so many different angles, rooms and spots at the terrain that it is easy to relax. I enjoyed some time by myself, it is completely quiet. The nature is amazing. Even at the hillside herbs and flowers are growing everywhere! Carmen and Fares were wonderful hosts and the food was delicious with pure ingredients. I am looking forward to coming here again!

When we arrived the place was more beautifull than the pictures could show. The place is nice, luxe, clean, large and still cosy. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes the combination of luxury and space.

Nice stay at Mas Santo

We were 10 adults and 10 children that spent a week at Mas Santo. The place is very nice. The poolarea is excellent for children. Cosy livingroom and kitchen with a lot of space. It was very hot (around 38 degrees) when we were there, so we missed a fan in all the bedrooms. The pool was clean, but the playground seemed not to be used lately. We missed a lawn/green place were the children could play football etc. The cleaning inside the house was not good at our arrival. The place needed a scrubdown. I contacted the owner, Carmen, to tell her this and she did all she could right away to fix it. The sittingarea outside the kitchen seemed to not be used in a long time and was guite dirty. The cleaners should wash tables, chairs, terrace before new people arrive. The cutlery in the kitchen could have been upgraded, f.ex with things from IKEA. We missed knives and more saucepans. The place may suffer a bit of the owner not living in Spain. But all over - we had a wonderful vacation and Carmen was a very nice host. Easy to get in touch with and she responded when I told her that we were unsatisfied with the cleaning.

Fantastic Villa for large groups

We had an amazing time at Mas Santo which is in a brilliant setting in the hills above Cunit. Although not in the best location for getting to beaches, it was a perfect villa for a big group of us (23 people) - with all the facilities we needed and with beds to spare. The villa has a huge kitchen with everything you need, and a great pool area with plenty of chairs and table space for enjoying long lazy meals. Carmen (the owner) has been very helpful and prompt at returning our deposit. Meno (the caretaker) is also great and thoroughly willing to assist if needs be. I would highly recommend Mas Santo for any large group.

Beautiful, large villa perfect for big groups!

Thank you Mas Santo for such a wonderful stay last week! Global PMI Partners held their semi-annual conference at Mas Santo last week and our Partners from Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, Germany, Israel, Japan, Sweden, UK, and USA loved their time here. It was the perfect "work hard, play hard" venue for our business meetings and quality time bonding and relaxing as a team. It had everything we needed for work and fun, with a fully stocked kitchen full of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, stemware, cutlery, etc. There was even a full set by the pool for al fresco dining! Menno was so helpful, and went above and beyond by meeting various guests at the nearby BP gas station to help us find our way to the villa. He also treated us to a surprise bird show with falcons, buzzards, and owls - what a treat! Carrefour Express was the local supermarket, less than 10 minutes away, and the bus station is next to the Carrefour to take you to the airport. Carmen was so helpful before, during, and after the trip answering all of my questions in a gracious, prompt manner. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of venue and hope to have the opportunity to return soon. Thanks again!!

Heerlijk genoten....

Wij hebben met 3 gezinnen waanzinnig genoten van ons verblijf deze Masia ....!! Van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals het op de foto's staat is ook de werkelijkheid. Een grote keuken waar alles bij zit, zoals een heerlijk Nespresso apparaat en 4 ovens. Het zwembad is erg fijn, groot en je ligt er heel gezellig op de bedjes rondom het zwembad. En je hoeft niet terug naarde Masia om een koud drankje te halen. Bij het zwembad zit namelijk ook een keukentje met afwasmachine en koelkast. Als je s ávonds wilt barbequen kan dat ook hiet bij het zwembad. Wij lekker eten en borrelen en de kinderen olekker zwemmen. De slaapkamers zijn ook allemaal even sfeervol en er is ruim voldonde kastruimte om alles op te bergen.. En dan is er nog de Housekeeper Menno.. Een hele gezellige man, die je van allerlei tips en hulp rondom en in het huis voorziet!! Wij en ook onze kinderen hebben genoten van zijn aanwezigheid, gezelligheid, tips en hulp. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug om wederom te genieten in alle rust van dit prachtige huis en al het moois erom heen.

Just WOW...

Die Villa war fantastisch! Alles war sauber, die Anlage ist gross und bietet sogar bei 25 Personen Platz, um sich zurückzuziehen. Der Email Kontakt war reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Übergabe funktionierte einwandfrei. Nice to know: Der Strand von Cunit (Meer) ist zu Fuss schwer zu erreichen (30 Minuten). Hat man ein Auto zur Verfügung ist es kein Problem.

Incredible group location

This was just lovely!!!

I want to thank you so much for telling me about this amazing place! We have spent 10 fantastic days and loved every little second of it. Every single room has been decorated with so much detail and warmth. You feel the love :-) Kids have been playing with their friends and family all week long. The only task we had is to buy and prepare food. Because of the great living space and lovely grand kitchen, that was made really easy too. The hilly surroundings are spectacular and it's just 3 minutes from the beach. We could not have wished for anything better! See you next year. For 100% sure!!!

Our family stay at Villa Mas Santo

Although it is still winter the temperature at Mas Santo was already 20 degrees. The housing is comfortable and the facilities are up to date and clean. Every day we made a trip in the area and enjoyed the restaurants in Sitges and the shopping in Barcelona. The kids wanted to stay at the Villa to enjoy area and the swimming pool (That was to cold for us at this time of the year, they loved it). Sleeping at the Villa is like being in heaven. Although everything is close by, at night it is a lovely silence. We will be back!!!

Te gekke plek

In de maand februari(2011) ben ik met mijn gezin een week in Cunit geweest. Naast het heerlijke weer wat we daar hadden, was alles helemaal ok. Het huisje was/is brandschoon, gezellig, comfortabel (bedden slapen heerlijk). Een heerlijk nespresso apparaat, tv, radio en voor de rest alles wat een vakantie huisje nodig heeft. Onze gastheer en -vrouw waren/zijn top. Aangezien wij gek op dieren zijn, was dit voor ons een soort Walhalla. Vogels, honden en een kat. De 4 kids (1 volwassen) waren fantastisch gezeldschap voor ons en onze kinderen. Op het terrein woont de "concierge" Menno. Voor alle vragen kan je bij deze uitermate gezellige, humor volle, creatieve en vriendelijke man terecht. We hebben een week gehad om nooit meer te vergeten. Een absolute aanrader!

Nice and relax holiday house.

A very nice place to stay, we visit Barcelona and Tarragona and then it's so nice to be back at this nice quited place. The owners are very friendly, willing to give you all good restaurant and local markets to visit. The beach to visit , 3 min drive. A good place to stay! renovated in 2009.

After 14 years of renovating Mas Santo our beloved home is since 2012 is a part of a luxurious holiday villa for holiday celebrations and events.
Since 2018 a part of features the maisonette with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
We have lived here with our childeren untill they had to go to high school to get a better education. Therefore equipped to accommodate children.

Everything is there for a nice holiday for both young and old.

The owner Carmen is very helpful and always available, also Vincente the concierge is always ready for any problem.
You can reach Barcelona in 45 minutes by car.
You can also take beautiful nature walks in the region via signposted routes.
Supermarkets and the sea are 5 minutes by car as well as a train station.

"We stayed at Mas Santo for 4 nights for our wedding in May of 2018. We had 22* people sleeping in the house, The house could accommodate that number comfortably. The stay itself was all we could have wished for. Our guests were completely in love with the place and had enough room to tuck away for some alone time. We had a wonderful dinner by the pool with over 40 people the night before the wedding. Unfortunately it rained on the day of our wedding but the good news is there was more than enough room to put up a tent to hold everyone. This place is quite special, off the beaten path, you'll experience tranquility and nature. Carmen is a fantastic hosts and the grounds keeper was there for any request we had. If only we could get married again!!! hahaha, Thank you for making our special day even more special."
