A spacious and cozy 116-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator (you’ll need to climb some stairs to reach it). The apartment is located in the heart of Udine, a short distance from the main points of interest (a 10-minute walk from Udine Castle, 8 minutes from Via Mercatovecchio and Piazza della Libertà, and 2 minutes from the Teatro S. Giorgio).

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and two bathrooms.



The layout is as follows:



- BEDROOM I with a closet, desk with chair, and bathroom with a bathtub;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, and desk with chair;

-BEDROOM III with a single bed, TV, closet, and desk with chair;

-KITCHEN with gas stove, dining table, refrigerator with small freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, and various kitchen utensils;

-LIVING ROOM with small sofa, TV, bookcase, and fan;

-BATHROOM I with shower stall, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer.



NO AIR CONDITIONING.



We accept small and medium-sized pets upon request. To ensure our cleaning standards, we charge an additional fee of 30 euros per stay.



Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the Trieste Aeroporto station (just over a 10-minute walk from the airport) to the Udine station, from where you can continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.



- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment via bus lines 2, 4, 5, or 10, getting off at the “UDINE piazza Garibaldi” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.
