Check-in was smooth with Ewa communicating before hand to ensure a smooth turn over. The apartment was clean and open with lots of space. Each room has the ability to set its own temperature control, but in April we didn't need much. The location in great with a quick walk to the Spanish Steps and great restaurants nearby.

We were four friends traveling together and each of us appreciated the apartment's authenticity and charm - it is a grand old apartment. The climate of the room was perfect. If we got hot, we just opened the windows. Really great ventilation. Great location to shops, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There is also a wonderful restaurant nearby for breakfast and dinner and a grocery store a couple blocks away. To my surprise, there was a hair dryer in each bathroom as well as body wash and shampoo. I highly recommend this unit.

Great spot right by the Spanish Steps

The place was as described. We had a small communication error on setup of the apartment which we were able to fix. The apartment is a 10 to 20 minute walk to most major things and if not then the Metro is very close by. We would stay here again.

Great location

Nathalie made check in very easy. The only issue we had was the driver wasn't in the right location, but she helped us sort it out. The place was in a wonderful location, the wifi, and the ac were all perfect. The 4th floor with tiny elevators were difficult my 70 year mom, but we managed. The small cons were only 1 bathroom had an outlet where a hair dryer worked, the trash/recycling were very small bins, and the key wasn't always the easiest to use (especially since there were 2, but unlabeled for inside or outside door). Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear Nathalie made your check-in easy and was able to assist with the driver issue. It's fantastic that you enjoyed the wonderful location, and found the Wi-Fi and AC perfect. We appreciate your feedback regarding the elevators for your mother and the small cons you mentioned, such as the bathroom outlet, trash/recycling bins, and the keys. We'll definitely take your comments into consideration as we continually strive to improve our guests' experience. It sounds like you had a great stay overall, and we truly appreciate your recommendation! We hope to welcome you back again soon. ROMAC Team

Yes, it really is that fabulous. Don't hesitate to book this luxurious and historic flat in one of the finest shopping areas in Rome! Our family of five with three young adult kids enjoyed every minute of our stay. Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, bathrooms for everyone with toiletries... but that's not the best part. Throw open your windows and let the sounds of the street inside. Live music from nearby cafes and the gentle hustle and bustle of this elegant neighborhood make you feel a part of the story. It was easy to gaze at the rooftops bathed in golden sunshine and imagine life in that very place a hundred years ago... we will be back! Thank you to Catherine and her team!

Perfect location, spacious appartment

Our family loved this apartment. The location was perfect, in the middle of a fancy shopping pedestrian zone, near Spanish steps, fontana diTrevi. We could hear someone signing opera nearby through our open window. There was so much Italy in the air, it almost felt like a video game. Although jet lagged, we could not resist sightseeing right after our arrival Hosts were responsive. They stocked the fridge with our shopping list before arrival. With so many restaurants nearby, we did not cook much. Our favorite nearby was Donna Sofia. The apartment is spacious, eclectic, charming. There is a hidden loft. Very casual sofa near the glass chandelier. We liked paintings on all the walls. It has quirks: 4th floor, the elevator is tinny, and so is the front door; some showers were tight. If you expect modern flawless luxury, this is not it until they are done with all the upgrades. Beds are comfy, AC was good. We'd love to stay here again on our next visit.
