Just 100 meters from a tranquil lake, this home offers the perfect spot for morning strolls or sunset views. Enjoy local flavors at restaurants only 800 meters away, or spend an afternoon at the tennis courts, just 6 km from your doorstep. Essentials like bakeries and supermarkets are within easy reach, so you can stock up and settle in effortlessly. Outdoor Dining & Family-Friendly Amenities
The spacious terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, complete with a charcoal BBQ for grilling up fresh local ingredients.
