You have access to 3 large bedrooms which can accommodate 10 people. The ski bus makes a stop almost right in front of your door. In the direct vicinity of the house are plenty of restaurants and shops located at a distance of 300 m.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can be reached by lift. Through the spacious hallway with a wardrobe, you have access to three large bedrooms and three bathrooms with rain showers, sinks, and a toilet. Along the entire backside you can find a spacious, sunny balcony with a sitting area and a stunning view across the Choralp. There are two parking spaces, one at the front of the house and one at the back. There is also a possibility to use a charging point for electric cars for a fee.Waste must be separated. Free WiFi services are available.
