Hi Keith Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Good to hear you were happy with the cottage. The kitchen does have a dining table that seats six so for a cottage the proportions are good. Unfortunately when you stayed we had some thunder & lightning..perhaps this interfered with the TV signal that week. We have plans in place to have a dishwasher in our newly renovated kitchen. Dear Diane Many thanks for giving us a five star review of your recent stay. Thank you for your comment on our kitchen being better equipped than at home!. It was unlucky that you had rain most days on your golfing holiday and missed a tumble dryer. We do have a few clothes horses in the downstairs hall cupboard to help with drying clothes inside if the weather is too wet to dry them on the outside whirlee! On the preference for sheets and blankets over duvets I understand. We prefer to offer duvets with a duvet protector and duvet cover as we feel this is the most hygienic way to operate a letting cottage as we can keep everything on the bed as clean and allergy free as possible!.
