Villa Francis Ground Floor

It is a typical two-family villa measuring 80 square meters. The ground-floor apartment consists of: 1) a kitchen area that opens directly onto a spacious dining-living room; 2) a large master bedroom; 3) a single bedroom with three beds; 4) a bathroom with a shower; 5) a spacious outdoor veranda. The villa is surrounded by a garden of approximately 1,500 square meters planted with centuries-old olive trees. The portion of the courtyard with private access and exclusive use by the ground-floor unit measures approximately 750 square meters. Although in a fairly secluded and very quiet location, it is still a short distance from all major amenities and the renowned beaches of Cala Liberotto, Sas Linnas Siccas, Fuile Mare, and the Biderrosa Nature Park (the nearest beach is about 800 ml—a 1-minute drive). Linen rental is available upon request.
