Duas Palmeiras is located right in Arrifana, a beautiful two-story, 4-bedroom villa with a beautiful garden, saltwater swimming pool and outdoor shower. You can count on the central heating system (at an extra fee) and a fireplace for cooler winter days.

The home has a unique modern design with lots of natural light and versatile leisure space. Upon entering, there is access to the dining and living room, the ceilings are high and in wood, transmitting a lot of comforts, and a fireplace with efficient heat recovery. From the living room is access to the spacious outdoor terrace with a (far) sea view on the left and a beautiful view over the neighbouring valley.

To the right of the living room is a guest bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, with a built-in fridge, dishwasher, and electric appliances. A door from the kitchen gives access to the inviting sheltered BBQ area, one of many leisure areas throughout the property to enjoy the best of the West Algarve climate and lifestyle.

The central staircase leads to the ground floor, where the four bedrooms are located. Each bedroom is a generous size and equipped with built-in wardrobes. In addition, there are two bathrooms and a storage area under the stairs with a washing machine. All bedrooms have views of the valley beyond, and direct access to the pool.

In this property, you will find quality, comfort and peace close to one of the most sought-after beaches on this coastline, famous for surfing and family beach days.

Welcome to our home! After several years travelling and exploring different countries our small family from Stuttgart in Germany, has fallen in love with the wonderful region of Aljezur. A perfect area to gain energy from nature, endless beaches and relaxed lifestyle of the West Algarve. As we are not able to live there permanently at the moment, we want to share our beautiful holiday villa with nice people. ## Neighborhood

Duas Palmeiras is located in the Natural Park "Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina", where you will find the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches. This coast is known for some of the best surf spots in Portugal. Outside the areas of mass tourism! The nearby town of Aljezur (6 km away) is located in a green environment at the foot of the Monchique Mountains. Aljezur offers several traditional restaurants, supermarkets and a variety of stores. A trip to the Algarve's busier tourist resorts, including Lagos (30 minutes), Portimão, and Albufeira, is easy by car or bus. Faro airport can be reached in about 1 hour by car.

## Transit

From Faro airport you can reach Vale da Telha in about 1 hour by car. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended. We now have public transportation, but it only runs a limited number of times a day. You can find more information at the local bus stop or online. Parking is free and plentiful throughout the area.
