Villa Suecia is 80m away. from the community pool and only 370m from the Canyelles beach.

Thanks to its location, this apartment has a lot of privacy.

The apartment has 2 entrances: through the side door of the house with access to the community pool a few meters down some stairs, or through the street above accessing the house by going down the access stairs from the main entrance of the house.

It also has a reserved parking area at the top of the house, on the same street.

At about 80m. there is one of the most prestigious restaurants in Lloret, where the community pool is located.

To access the community pool, payment of the ticket is required: 4 euros / day / person (approximately). We emphasize that these prices may vary depending on the ownership of the pool and in no case will our agency be responsible for it.

Exclusive location, you can walk to the beach, without having to look for parking. The urbanization where the house is located, has stairs that go down to the beach or the marina, exclusive for the residents of the area.

Area with tennis club, marina, water activities and prestigious restaurants in Lloret de Mar.

The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away, with everything you need for your purchases.

HOUSE'S RULES:
