Villa surrounded by greenery, 500 meters from the sea

Hello Rita, the cooling system designed by my architect for the house has two large machines for uniform cooling of the rooms of the sleeping area and living area, the choice of not putting usual and machines directly in the rooms is due to the fact that many customers do not like having cold air directly over their bed when they sleep, so we installed fans in the rooms, while the cold air from the corridor enters the rooms but not directly, I’m sorry that you did not tell me about this problem when you were in Formentera, otherwise we could check together how to make the best work the system, I’m sorry

We are 6 friends from Barcelona and Madrid who go every year to Baleares for a week to get together and we thought we’d try Formentera this year. Really like your house its neat and cute!
