360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this amazing duplex apartment in the centre of St Julians just within 5 minutes walking distance to the famous Spinola Bay !
Upon entering our beautiful maisonette, our guests are welcomed by the full equipped, brand new kitchen/living area (Equipped for both long/ short term rentals).
On the second floor, available is a very comfortable sofa, with a large smart TV (connected to the internet) and 2 bedrooms one with ensuite.
WIFI & AC in the APT
This beautiful duplex maisonette has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| Level 1 - Kitchen/Dining area - kitchen is fully equipped perfect for long and short stays !
Level 2 - A large comfortable sofa with smart TV - TV is connected to the internet.
Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom APT, with a king sized bed with ensuite. For the second bedroom one will find 2 single beds on top of each other, comfortable and compact. Room is spacious and also Airy and comfortable.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
The apartment is located in the heart of St Julians, just down the road you will find the famous and beautiful SPINOLA BAY (found in pictures). The promenade is full of restaurants, coffee shops and anything you would require, even the super market is within walking distance of the unit !
Nothing like it on the market - The place is also perfect for STUDY/WORK related purpose and is just within 5/10 minutes walking distance from PACEVILLE.
Being very central, the bus stop is just round the corner from the apartment making it very cheap and easy to travel. Parking is also available, subject to availability.
- We also offer taxi service from the messaging application of AIRBNB.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
