If your favorite hobbies are golf, cycling, water sports, or horseback riding, this is the ideal place to relax and enjoy your favorite sports in nature, with fantastic weather all year round.
The house is the last in a row of townhouses and features two patios—one ideal for summer and the other for winter, depending on their orientation. The summer patio also has a garden area that isn’t a thoroughfare, giving it plenty of privacy.
The house has two floors plus a sun deck. The first floor features a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and a bedroom with bunk beds—perfect for children. There’s also a laundry patio where you can comfortably hang your laundry to dry. The second floor has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms, each with two beds, plus a shared bathroom. From the second floor, an outdoor staircase leads to the sun deck, where you can also hang laundry and enjoy views of the Roche pine forest.
The residential complex overlooks the pine forest, where you can go for a walk, run, or ride a bike in complete comfort. La Barrosa Beach (Torre del Puerco area) is a 10-minute walk through the pine forest.
Just 200 meters away is one of the complex’s four swimming pools. The gardens are very spacious, as they were originally designed to include a “pitch and putt” course within them, which was ultimately never used. In addition to the four swimming pools, there are common areas with two paddle tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground for children.
There are more than five golf courses within a 5-km radius of the house. La Barrosa and Roche beaches offer excellent conditions for surfing. There are several horseback riding clubs where you can ride horses and take rides through the pine forest and along the beach. The area is ideal for mountain biking, with trails winding through the pine forest.
It’s a wonderful place to unwind while enjoying sports year-round. Starting in March, the weather is very mild and pleasant.
