We truly hope you will enjoy our home as it has been a dream come true to own. This is not a condo but a town home with a private entrance. We are located Fifteen to twenty minutes to Arapahoe, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Loveland Ski Areas. Thirty to forty-five minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek. You’ll have the entire 1,120 square foot townhouse with balcony to yourselves. Sleeps up to 7 people. Our home is set up on two levels. The dining table and comfortable living room with a fireplace and ½ bath are on the main floor. New carpet and paint. Updated fixtures. Master bedroom and the second bedroom are located on the top floor. Sleeping arrangements are 2 in the master bedroom with a king bed, and up to 3 in the second bedroom with a queen sized bed and and twin bed. We have a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. BBQ grill is on the balcony off the living room. We rent to maximum of 5 people. No Parties.

We've included absolutely everything to make sure that your stay is extra-comfortable. Special touches include:

-Keurig coffee maker -Fully-stocked kitchen, including a wide range of spices, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, dish soap, trash bags, pancake griddle and more.
-Comfortable beds — All of our mattresses are high-end so you will definitely sleep well! We also provide lots of extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.
-Hair dryers, body wash, hand soap, lotion and bath towels provided in each bathroom.
-Fast, free wireless internet throughout the townhouse.
