This stunning two-storey lodge on Spring Lake, South Cerney, offers a modern, open-plan design with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Recently refurbished, the property features modern bathrooms, a sleek self-catering kitchen, and high-quality appliances, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay.
The lodge boasts a south-facing private deck with uninterrupted lake views, ideal for morning coffee, alfresco dining, or relaxing while watching sailing and wildlife on the lake. Inside, the eco-friendly wood-burning pellet stove (sometimes searched as a “log burner”) adds effortless warmth and ambience with thermostatic control and self-cleaning features — perfect for cosy evenings after a day on the water. Our small business can be as attentive or as distant as you choose. We have prepared a comprehensive guest folder with all the information we feel may be useful to you, which also provides contact details for the house managers who will be happy attend the property should the need arise. We just want your stay with us to be relaxed and hassle free.
The lodge is set within well-maintained communal gardens on the Spring Lake development in South Cerney, a popular village within the Cotswold Water Park, just a short drive from Cirencester.

The historic market town of Cirencester is nearby, offering boutique shopping, cafés, restaurants, and attractions such as Cirencester Park and the Corinium Museum.

The Cotswold Waterparks have great transport links by road from the North via M6/M5 and from the South, London, Bristol, Wales via the M4, from these Motorways its dual carriageway via the A417 and A419 to within 1 kilometre to our property.
By train the major Stations of Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon are a short commute to the property with Kemble Station only 10 minutes by car.

From M4 or the South - Leave the M4 at Junction 15 (Swindon) and head North on the A419 for about 14 miles. Take the B4696 signposted Ashton Keynes / South Cerney / Cerney wick. Take the first left at the roundabout onto the Spine Road East. Follow this for just over half a mile, passing Isis / Windrush Lakes on your right and The Four Pillars Hotel on your left. After passing Summer Lake on your left, take the next right (Station Road), signposted for South Cerney, the Lakeside and the Watermark. After a few hundred meters, take the first left into the development, when through the gates follow the road around to the right, 60 Spring Lake is about 100 meters on the left.
From the M5 or North – Leave the M5 southbound at junction 11A onto the A417. Take the third exit at the roundabout after a few miles continuing on the A417. Stay on the A417 / A419 for 15 miles passing Cirencester. Leave the A419 following signs for South Cerney and the Cotswold Water Park. Head right over the flyover and straight on at the second roundabout following signs for the Watermark and Cotswold Water Park. Follow this road (Spine Road East) for just over half a mile, passing Isis / Windrush Lakes on your right and The Four Pillars Hotel on your left. After passing Summer Lake on your left, take the next right (Station Road), signposted for South Cerney, the Lakeside and the Watermark. After a few hundred meters, take the first left into the development and turn right when through the gates. Follow the road around to the right, 60 Spring Lake is about 100 meters on the left.

Fantastic place to stay
Absolutely a beautiful spot to stay. Very easy check in process. Very quiet and if you love your water sports then this is the place to stay. Beds are comfy, place is well furnished and all the basics for our stay. Absolutely will be back if we return to the UK again.
