This impressive 365 m2 holiday villa is located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Frigiliana, on the Costa de Sol. Uniquely situated against a mountain slope, the house is built in three south-facing floors.
The street-level entrance provides access to two tastefully decorated bedrooms with bathroom. A loft leads to the lower, spacious living room and adjoining sun corner. On the same floor are a cosy dining room, a full kitchen with pantry and a stylish master bedroom. The master bedroom has its own sitting area, luxurious bathroom and spacious walk-in wardrobe. Outside, the property is surrounded by a large terrace. A (lockable) external staircase takes you one floor down to a beautiful sun terrace with loggia, second kitchen and private pool - all with panoramic mountain and sea views.
Adjacent to the pool are the other rooms of the house, which are not rented out (i.e. not to others) for stays of up to six people.
For stays of up to thirteen guests, a central recreation room (with table tennis table) provides access to a lounge, three spacious bedrooms (for a total of seven people) and two bathrooms, one of which is extra spacious, with jacuzzi.
Privacy is guaranteed in Casa de la Cuesta. The many windows (with roller screens and shutters) and terraces provide plenty of sunlight and impressive views.

Casa de la Cuesta has been thoughtfully built and is equipped with all contemporary comforts. This starts with the lockable private parking in front of the door. The entire house is finished with first-class materials and derives its quality from high-quality furniture and textiles. The kitchen includes a granite countertop, a large fridge-freezer and an espresso machine. The adjacent utility room has a built-in washing machine. The dining and living areas are warm and tastefully decorated and the interiors of the bedrooms have also been carefully designed. High-quality sanitary ware, quality towels, good ventilation and pleasant heating also ensure comfort in all bathrooms. Air conditioning or heating is available for all living areas and there is a cosy fireplace in the living room. The house is very fully equipped and upstairs has wireless internet and television with Google Chromecast.
The swimming pool can be heated in autumn and winter for a fee. The waterfront is the ultimate enjoyment, whether on a lounger in the sun, under the refreshing outdoor shower or by the barbecue....

The location of Casa de la Cuesta, at about 300 metres above sea level, largely determines the ambience of the villa. On the north side is the entrance to the white centre of the extraordinary Frigiliana (200 metres), repeatedly voted the most beautiful village in Andalusia. To the east are directly the mountains of the Sierras de Tejeda National Park, a protected nature reserve where beautiful walks can be made. The south reveals the Mediterranean Sea, whose beach (in Nerja) is only six kilometres away. Cities such as Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Marbella are also easily accessible.
Andalusia's climate is characterised by pleasant temperatures and plenty of sunshine - all year round.
