Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, condenser dryer, and dishwasher and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a courtyard with furniture BBQ. One well-behaved pet is welcome
, however no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 1.8 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond so children must be supervised at all times.
