The villa is nestled in the pine forest of Roccamare, pristine with centuries-old pines overlooking a private beach which is equipped with a cabin and a private roof, visible in the photos.

Roccamare, is a secular wide pinewood that extends for few kilometers on a private quiet beach, over 200 private villas are inside and very well hidden in it, and the access is gated and controlled 24/365

Having a direct access to the beach, through the internal private roads inside the pinewood, it means not having to cross busy roads. This makes it a safe place for families and children.
In addition, the beach is not accessible except from the sides of the pine forest, resulting in a quiet, clean beach without mass tourism.
The villa is equipped on the beach with a private shed, private cabin, benches, and some beach lounges.
Access to the Roccamare pinewood is not allowed to the public, or who is not a guest of the Villas.
The villa externally consists of a large veranda overlooking the garden with a large dining table, a large separate gazebo with sofas and a barbecue.
Several bicycles of different sizes are available and free for our guests.
It takes about 3 minutes by bike between the villa and the beach.
Even by car one can reach the beach, with private parking always available.
The silence reigns supreme as the Villa is located in the middle of the pine forest and far from any road (it is not always the case with other villas in Roccamare that are located on the edge of the wood and overlooking the public roads)

Not included in the offer: electricity, cleaning, sheets and towels
Electricity: Euro 0.6 / kw or Euro 8 / guest / week
Weekly and / or final cleaning: Euro 250
Towels and sheets from professional laundry: Euro 15 / guest / week
On request we can organise a daily cleaning service and chef service

BICIYCLES
Bicycles are provided free of charge, we try to keep them working but we cannot check them constantly (pump and tools are available in the house), many guests use them daily throughout the season AND THEY CAN BE BROKEN.
If you want a bike to rent or repair one of ours in case it is broken, but at your expense, the best place, which on request can deliver and collect the bikes directly at home is:

RULES FOR THE USE OF VILLA ISABEL'S GARDEN
1) The garden and grass must be respected otherwise the next customer will not enjoy it. The grass in the Mediterranean climate, watered daily with brackish water is very weak and easily dies if used intensely. We ask to respect the next customer and the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful lawn rather than our constant work to keep it beautiful and thick
2) Do not place large plastic toys, inflatable swimming pool, large towels, playing nets on the grass
3) Group sports such as soccer or volleyball are not allowed on the grass. Any activity on the garden other than sunbathing, walking, sitting on the grass is strictly prohibited. In the event that the tenant breaks this rule, the tenant will be reported for maintenance and repairing of the grass with a fixed cost of Euro 300 deducted from the deposit.
