This charming bungalow is a short walk to the beach and also to breach inlet. The house features an open concept with living room that includes a flat screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and wi-fi access. The kitchen dining combo seats 6 and includes new appliances. The house has new HVAC system, new front loading washer and dryer and new kitchen appliances. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two double beds that can sleep up to 4, both with large closets. The bathroom has a tub/shower.

The property has a spacious yard with patio, grill and outdoor seating that is mosquito treated. Wash the sand of your toes or paws with the outdoor shower. The back yard is not fenced but we do provide a dog runner. Parking includes a 1 car carport and up to three cars are allowed on the site. The 1 story bungalow is at grade providing easy access. Security cameras are located at the front, back and carport of the property for the safety of guests and their property during their stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with flat ware, dinner ware, pots & pans and a Crock pot.
