In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reasons we are taking the following actions:

Provide hand soap for all bathrooms.
Hand sanitizer available in the property upon arrival
Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
Change all our linen and towels after every stay.
Use the proper products to disinfect surfaces all around the property.
Buffer days in between stays to make sure the property is aired and disinfected in between guests.

Transfer from and to the airport or any destination can be arranged .

Brilliant lake-side holiday

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. The apartment is perfectly located next to the old town and is within 2 min walk to the lake and nearby beach. Very well finished and equipped accommodation, we would highly recommend to anyone else looking to stay in Malcesine.

Lovely apartment with a stunning view!

This was our first visit to Lake Garda and Malcesine was a great place to stay. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished, lovely views and a central location. Annie was very welcoming and helpful and Laura always quick to respond to my emails. Would recommend this apartment.

Wonderful home by the Lake!

Such a lovely welcome from Anny! Very easy arranging to meet her and when we arrived at the apartment there was a lovely bottle of wine and two homegrown lemons - delicious! Everything was so spotless and comfortable - truly a home from home! Malcesine is a wonderful town and even though we were early in the season, the weather was fabulous and sundowners by the lake were just so magical. I will be back in September when the lake is warmer so I can swim in the crystal waters!

amazing

I'd like to define this experience as unique! The view of the castle in the morning inspire us to live forever overthere. I love cooking and access to local markets being able to cook your own food relaxes and makes us feel at home. Anne is the best part of all! She is lovely, careful, and makes everything that is possible to make us feel comfortable. :)

Beautiful apartment in central area

This apartment is very clean, modern and spacious. It has really nice, very high quality fittings throughout and everything we needed for our one week stay. It’s very central to the old town and the many many restaurants are literally on your doorstep. The only downside, and it’s a small one, is that you are so central you get some early morning noise from the cafe and Spar getting deliveries and opening up around 6/6.30am. The verandah has an amazing view over the mountains and lake but doesn’t get the sun, probably a bonus in high summer. I would not hesitate to stay there again if we returned.

Best Location Ever

We couldn’t believe our good fortune. The view from the living room/dining area was fabulous. And the same view from our balcony, but al fresco. We could watch the wind surfers, kite boarders, and paragliders from the comfort of our living room or watch while eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner on our private balcony. Just loved it!

.....schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht!

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung und sind wieder sehr zufrieden und gut erholt nach Hause gefahren. Die Lage, der überwältigende Blick vom Balkon auf den See, die Tiefgarage für das Auto, die kurzen Wege in die zahlreichen alten Gassen und nicht zuletzt die liebevolle Betreuung durch Annie vor Ort...... alles war wieder perfekt! Die Wohnung bietet alles, was es für einen perfekten Urlaub im wunderschönen Malcesine braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne irgendwann ein drittes Mal!

Traumhafter Balkon, tolle Altstadtlage!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine tolle Wohnung! Zudem ein sehr netter Kontakt mit Laura und Annie. Man hat alles direkt in der Nähe und wohnt mitten im Herzen von Malcesine. Der Balkon ist sicher das Highlight der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Das es in der Altstadt etwas lauter zugeht sollte einem allerdings bewusst sein.

The best view in Malcesine!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful apartment! The apartment is close to everything...the beaches, gondola, good restaurants, shopping, and ferry and bus transportation. The apartment had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our contact, Laura, was very responsive, and the property manager, Annie was the best! Helpful and responsive to our questions, and made checking in and out so easy. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der zentral in Malcesine gelegenen, sauberen und stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Check-in und Check-out liefen problemlos und unsere Ansprechpartnerin Anny war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Die Burg zum Anfassen am Tor der Altstadt

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche nach recht anstrengender Anreise mit einem leider recht großen Auto (Volvo XC90) inklusive Fahrrädern hinten drauf. Tiefgarage leider ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Aber unsere Kontaktperson Annie vor Ort war absolut klasse und hätte 10 Sterne verdient, wenn das möglich wäre!!!!Das Apartment ist sehr schön und sehr sauber und hat ein maritimens Flair. Selbst kochen nach dem Einkauf um die Ecke oder essen gehen, alles perfekt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, es fehlt an nichts!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber nächstes Mal Anreise per Flugzeug und dann Mietwagen.

Fabulous apartment overlooking the lake and so near to everything

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht

Perfekt! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der es einem an nichts fehlt. Tolle und sehr herzliche "Betreuung" vor Ort. Zentrale Lage und dank gut isolierter Fenster trotzdem ausreichend ruhig. Tiefgaragenplatz für Fahrzeug, in direkter Umgebung ist alles, was man benötigt.

An amazing view from a very well appointed flat

We loved staying in this flat, the central location is very convenient and the good quality, contemporary interior great. From the balcony you can watch the birds swooping around the castle tower, the wind and kite surfers on the lake, the paragliders floating down from Monte Baldo and the ever changing light on the mountains. Everything is easily accessible on foot, with lakeside walks and the best ice cream in Malcesine just a minute or two away. The welcome and support from Anne was superb and communication with Laura the owner faultless.

Magnificent

We have just spent a fantastic week in this magnificent apartment. We have especially enjoyed the nice and clean decor and the view from the terrace is unmatched as balm for the soul. We thank you for the fact that Anni in her heplfull way , has made us feel at home right away. We will be looking back on this week with great pleasure and will definitely come back and we will also gladly recommend this appartement to those we know. Thanks also for the easy way it has been communicating with Laura, making it really easy to get here.

Lovely Apartment

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the centre of Malcesine, near to the castle. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is very close to many shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely view from the terrace. The deposit was refunded very quickly and Annie the housekeeper was very helpful.

Great Rental

Had a fab time at the two bed apartment.View to die for and very comfortable. Very central for all your shopping needs, bars/restaurants and harbour/boats. Laura was very responsive to all my queries and even arranged airport transfer for us. Annie the housekeeper was very friendly and on call if we needed anything throughout our stay. Deposit returned immediately. Highly recommended rental.
