The Little House in Hull PET FRIENDLY Sanctuary in the City

The Littĺe House in Hull is a cottage located in the quiet and leafy 'Avenues area' of Hull, yet is just a short stroll to all of the restaurants, cafés and wine bars found on both Princes and Newland Avenue. It is ideal for exploring Hull and the ideal Base for sightseeing further afield.
The Little House is single storey with an open plan design. It is ideally suited for singles, couples or young families.
WELL BEHAVED PETS ARE WELCOME!
There is one bedroom with a superior orthopedic double bed that can be electronically lowered and raised to achieve maximum comfort.
There is a combined dining-living room which is overlooked by a small gallery/landing. The gallery is equipped with two supersize squishy beanbags that make comfortable and fun sleeping spaces for youngsters.
There is a small kitchen area; a wet room with hand basin and WC, and a separate WC and hand basin.
There is a garden and patio and a hen run for our rescued ex-battery farmed hens! Guests are provided with fresh eggs for breakfast.
We have three friendly dogs, two cats, and a small fish pond.
We supply the little house with plant based provisions and cruelty-free toiletries. In addition we supply a fruit bowl, tea and coffee, ground coffee, bed linen and bath towels, cutlery etc etc, plus cleaning products and loo rolls.
There is free car parking on site, equipped with CCTV and security lighting.
