Relax and enjoy life at our updated Dolphin Point Condo in Dunedin

Updated 1 bedroom 705 sq ft. condo with private Lanai. There is new floors. paint, furniture, granite counter tops in the kitchen, appliances, bathroom vanity and more. Dolphin Point condos have a heated pool with a beautiful view of St Joseph Sound. There is a club house with tables for cards and games, Ping Pong Table and another beautiful view of the bay. There is a fishing pier, gazebo over looking the water with gas grill and picnic table. There are bike racks to store your bike. The Pincellas trail is only a few blocks away for walking and biking. The condos have a great place to launch your kayak with stairs leading to the water. The causeway to Honeymoon Island is 2 blocks away. Great for walking and biking to the island. Frenches restaurant is 2 blocks away. Public Grocery store , a drug store, bank ,Dollar General store and more are also within easy walking distance. The quaint town of Dunedin is 2 mile away. Take your bike down the trail or drive to find great restaurants, stores, art fairs and farmers market. Dunedin has many festivals through out the year.
Golf is also near buy at the Dunedin Country club plus other courses near by.
You can find boat tours at near by Clearwater which is only 15-20 mines away.
Our location here at Dolphin Point is hard to beat. Beautiful sunsets from the fishing pier every night.
Dolphin Point has a 1 month minimum rent term with a $100 application fee. Association rules.

Comfortable, clean, well stocked, great location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at dolphin point. The condo is updated, comfortable, clean and very homey. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. The property is also clean and was very quiet during my stay. All residents were friendly and welcoming. The location is great— A few minutes drive to beach at honeymoon island and walking distance to the causeway. The Pinellas trail is a block away. Parking was convenient and there are elevators to assist when you have a lot to carry. No laundry in the unit but the on-site facility is convenient. All in all I think it is a fantastic property and I hope to return very soon!

Great location

The property was well kept with lovely residents. The unit was clean and the bed comfortable. We were familiar with Dunedin as we lived there for 13 years ago and left in 2016. It was great to be back as Dunedin is the cutest, vibrant little town. It is close to everything. Plan on returning next year.

Perfect winter escape

Perfect place to escape a northern winter. The location and convenience were ideal. Owners were very responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed.

Nice Stay on the Causeway

This comfortable and well outfitted condo, is right on the causeway to Honeymoon Island, where the beaches are beautiful. It is close to everything we wanted to do. The Pinellas bike/walk trail, beach, Grocery shopping, restaurants, and The Dunedin Community Center.

It had everything!

This rental unit really had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, fresh and comfortable. The condo building and grounds are very attractive and well maintained. The location was ideal in that we could easily walk to many amenities, while others are a short drive away. The tranquil seating areas on the water side of the building provided a perfect place to relax; watching the dolphins helped with that! The condo community (owners and renters) were very welcoming. The owners were wonderful to deal with. We had a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful condo—highly recommend!

The Winkowski’s have a beautiful condo in Dunedin! I stayed for 3 months while I was interning at Clearwater Marine Aquarium over the summer. I felt like I was right at home while living in their condo, and the other residents living at Dolphin Pointe made me feel welcomed as well. They provide everything you need to feel welcomed. All I really needed to bring was myself, some clothes and food, everything else was pretty much provided. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Very convenient for biking, shopping, walking

This was our third stay at Dolphin Point, and we enjoyed it very much. This condo was recently remodeled and the furniture and bed were comfortable. The complex's patio is a few feet from the water with a great view. Gayl answered my questions and the reservation process was smooth. We hope to stay again in coming years.

Clean, Private, and Comfortable

I stayed in this condo beginning in late Sept. through late October while visiting with family, and it was very private and comfortable. I noticed the cleanliness immediately, and even though there were "neighbors" next door, I rarely heard them, which was beneficial for getting a good night's sleep. The pool was very large and clean, with a wonderful view of the Sound, and there were very few people using it. As a "senior" female, I appreciated the elevator and the feeling of safety, especially at night.. Also, the office manager, a very nice lady, was very quick in responding to my questions. Thank you, Gayl, for sharing your place with me! I am hoping to stay there again before long.

Peaceful Magic

I stayed for a month in the summer and had a wonderful time! This property has almost everything you could ask for, if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway. It is nice and calm, right on the Gulf of Mexico and has a spectacular view of the sunset. It has a few places in walking distance to do some local shopping and eating out. If you like biking, roller blading, or go for walks/jogs, you can hop right on the Pinellas Trail. Honeymoon Island is just literally minutes away by car, if you want to go to the beach. And if things get too quiet for you, downtown Dunedin is only about 2 miles from here, where you can enjoy some great restaurants, bars, and shops. Also if you like craft beers, it also has a great micro brewery scene...Dunedin Brewery is a fun place to be! The condo has been fully remodeled. It has a simple look and is very clean, that makes you feel good & relaxed right when you walk in. The condo property has an ocean side pavilion with a gas grill that was great for a quiet sunset BBQ. I can’t thank Gayl & Brian enough for this great stay.
