THE SPACE
Brand new spacious home fully equipped for a stay of days weeks or even months!

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a Microwave, Convection Oven, Toaster, Nescafe Dolce gourmet coffee machine as well as a traditional Coffee Maker, Stove top, Spring Water Dispenser, Refrigerator and all utensils. The Dining room seats 8 comfortably with an additional 4 places at our eat in Kitchen. Your Home Away from Home! When you stay with us you are family! We will surprise you with random goodies, drinks and snacks to make the first couple days of your trip easier until you get a chance to do the shopping for yourself. Definitely beats the mini bar at a hotel because all the snacks we leave out for you are FREE ;)

The Living Room has a Beautiful oversized Couch which turns into a Queen Sized Sleeper, a 50 inch HD SMART TV, ROKU / AMAZON FIRESTICK with access to hundreds of channels from all over the world including Sports programming, Movies and more.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, 50 inch HD SMART TV with a full en-suite bathroom, balcony and Laptop Compatible Safe , The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 42 inch HD Smart TV and Full Bathroom directly across the hall. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can also be turned into an additional King bed, and a 42 inch HD Smart TV.

This house has spacious areas, air conditioning, Washer/Dryer , Private Roof Deck with soaking tub and Outdoor Dining / Lounging. The complex also has outdoor lounging / BBQ, and a POOL. All within a Beautiful residential complex with 24 hour security.

This house is amazing, has everything you need to feel at home, even to the slightest details. Very clean, secure and great location in a gated community just a Quick drive to downtown Playa. Our host was very attentive and responsive, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Nos encanto nuestra estancia aquí, la casa está súper moderna y pensaron en el más mínimo detalle para hacer sentir a los huéspedes como en casa. La ubicación esta genial, dentro de una colonia privada, muy segura y muy cerca del centro de Playa. Definitivamente pensamos regresar!! Súper recomendable!

Beware Beware Beware

We arrived for a 60 night stay to a dirty smelly cluttered accommodation that was roasting hot…no host…no concierge….very poor communication…no offers of a resolution….just a very affirmative “No Refunds”. The house is not as advertised. It’s NOT brand new..even has rusty furniture….lots of stairs without railings. We didn’t even stay 1 night.

Nothing as promised

This is a good property. But there are some blaring issues across the board. 1) you have to pay for electricity after a certain point. Which would be fine if the house was generally cold leaning but this property is a hotbox and you get maybe 8 hours of A/C a day before it starts to rack up. 2) the condition on the property is in rough shape. If they put 3-5k in renovations and upgrades it would go a long way. There is mold in showers, rooftop pools takes 2-3 hours to fill and the plug doesn’t hold the water past a certain level. Everything is rusty or falling apart.3) the property is not close to playa del Carmen downtown. If you do not have a car, this is not the property for you. The exclusive beach club is a scam, don’t even try. 4) do not try to negotiate anything. They say they work towards resolution but really they just acknowledge it and move on. 5) oven in the house is broken besides one burner. The cutlery & utensils smelt awful when we showed up and required a fresh clean. The water filter is broken and leaks all over the floor if you add bottle. Besides the lack of care for the property, and exploitative business practice of charging extra for energy it was a mediocre stay. The neighbourhood is very safe and calm. I would never stay here again but if you’re looking for a mediocre location for a large group this might be your place

Horrible experience! Do not recommend!

It’s a small beautiful home yet still spacious for a party of 7. We had rented it out for 6 nights, only stayed 2. The issues started when we checked in. In the description you are not told that you will only have a limited amount of “free” energy daily, after that you have to pay. When we got there for check in Fri the house was hot. So after Bernardo (the house concierge)grated us & let us know about the deal with the electricity, we decided to make the best of it. The house comes with 4 mini split ac. 1 in each room & 1 in the living room & every room has a ceiling fan. We turn on all the fans, & the ac we set them at 26C(78F)while we were gone & 24C(75F) while we slept. Those were Bernardo’s recommendations. We did not spend all day in the house we where just coming to sleep. On Sun when we get back from Chichén Itzá around 8 pm (we had left @ 6am) all the lights start to flickering and then just go out. The meter outside the house had exploded(have pics). After a while of trying to get Bernardo on the phone he basically just tells us that there is nothing to do till the next day. We spend the night sweating but ok. So come Mon we leave the house to go to Tulum all while Bernardo said the issue would be resolved by the time we got back. Around 2 I get a text from the owner saying that the CFE will “maybe” fix it the next day. So after all the uncertainty we decided to check out. I have the pic of the owner saying he would refund us, still waiting! Will not book again!

Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Arrived late and was a little worried about the time. Bernardo was great with helping us with the process. He pointed us in the right direction to schedule transportation upon arrival and departure. Thanks for the snacks provided to the Hangrys.

We met the person responsible to greet us only in the evening. A friendly neighbour let us into her home until we get the cod to go into our house . We had given our arrival time as requested. We really enjoyed the access to the Princess Chill Out club. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. very secure. Good communication with the owners.

We loved this house and its location in a private, gated community that felt really safe. The hosts were really attentive and they would reach out constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. They thought of every detail because they provide everything you could ever need. We felt right at home and couldn't have asked for a better trip. They have a concierge, Jose Luis, he is also very nice and he helped us book cabs when we didn't feel like driving our rental car. We will come back for sure.

The best Vacation rental we've ever stayed at!

Mariel and Jeff were incredible hosts, The place was fully stocked with everything we needed and it felt like being at home. they were even nice enough to leave out snacks , and drinks to hold us over and great bath products as well. Im not sure how they make money with the quality of linens, extra's and the excellent service they provide for the price but take advantage of it soon before they smarten up and double the prices lol! Even then it would be worth it. Thanks so much guys, we will be back very soon!

Brand new Luxury house that was fully stocked! Incredible Hosts too

This house was a steal of a deal. It was stocked with luxury amenities, everything we could ask for, including a full fridge and snack basket that was key after a long travel day to get there. It was super clean, had great bath products, a washer and dryer to clean our clothes, fast wifi, and tons of space. Jeff and Mariel were incredible hosts. The neighborhood was super safe and a very quick drive to downtown and to the beach. The beach was close enough to walk but the exclusive deal that Jeff and Mariel have at the 5 star beach resort behind the complex put this trip over the top for us! We loved it so much that we will be coming back in 2 months! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

It is in a beautiful gated community with 24 hour security, Close to the beach and Downtown and poised to become the hottest neighborhood in Playa Del Carmen in the near future.

We chose this place because of the neighborhood, the size and modern feel of it and the fact that we could build a new house from scratch. We wanted to be close to the beach and downtown so that we could enjoy it but just far enough away that we are completely safe and secure and not stuck right in the middle of the craziness or at risk from any storm surge.
