It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro.The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, 27 km from Punta Est, while the ferry terminal is 30 km away.

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the swimming pool of the condominium with sea view.

In the residence there is a small square with 2 bars, 1 restaurant with fish specialties and 1 food supermarket.

You can go down to the sea (Punta Est beach - Capo Coda Cavallo) directly from the residence by a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid parking lot.
