The Lookout is an apartment in the centre of Bognor Regis only a moment from the beach including sea views from the living room and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants (a top local favourite is Mustards; serving breakfast lunch and dinner) and cafes. Butlins theme park is also within walking distance as well as a local favourite Hotham Park. Along the sea front is the pier and amusements as well as crazy golf and bowles. Bognor Regis museum is also well worth a visit.

This wonderfully placed apartment has a comfortable living room with almost panoramic views of your surroundings. The sea in the distance is a brilliant blue on a sunny day and can reached within a minutes walk of the apartment. The living space includes a large , smart widescreen television to cosy down with a movie on the chilly evening or after a long day of exploring.

The Lookout has a newly refurbished kitchen with everything you will need during your stay when not ordering from one of the many local take outs! The kitchen includes, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The living room includes a dining area suitable for two or four just outside the kitchen.

This apartment has two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room. There is one family bathroom with shower over the bath.

One allocated parking space is available on site . The garage is also available but for storage uses only - ie bikes etc. Free wifi available.
