This unit features two rooms; the living room has been transformed into the second bedroom. It accommodates up to 4 guests, with a double bed in the first bedroom and a double bed plus a single sofa bed in the second bedroom. The second bedroom also comes with a dinning table and a smart TV.

The bathroom has a bath-tube shower, sink and a toilet.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

*House Rules*

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Shoes are not permitted upstairs; please leave them downstairs.
4. Parties with loud music are not allowed.
5. Charging of electric vehicles from the apartment is not permitted.
6. Eating or drinking in bed is strictly forbidden. Any spillage will result in full responsibility for the cost of replacing the mattress.
7. Double-check that both the inner and outer doors are properly closed when entering or exiting the flat for your security.
8. Check-in is at 3 pm on the day of arrival and 11 am on the day of departure.
9. There is a parking restriction on weekdays between 10 am and and 4 pm - use JustPark to cover these hours.
10. please avoid using hair dye or any other staining products on the towels, as they can cause permanent damage.
