Sleeps 10 but could accommodate 2 more (children) on camp beds - 5 large double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with baths and showers as well as an extra WC on the ground floor.
This is the perfect home for big groups as it has lots of communal living space - 2 living rooms, dining room and bar as well as a gorgeous garden with outdoor seating and gas bbq.

Friendly house cats live here permanently and can't be moved off the property - they are really friendly and love to curl up on sofas and beds - if you'd rather they don't lie on your beds then feel free to close doors. They'll be fed and looked after by a local cat feeder who'll pop in every day to check on them (with prior notice).

Perfect for families - large kitchen, 2 separate lounges plus dining room - all newly refurbished and fully equipped. Really lovely south facing garden that gets sunshine all day. We've recently added an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and fantastic outdoor entertaining area.
Balham and clapham are great areas for bars, restaurants and cafes. We live right on tooting common which is a fantastic park with lots of lovely walks as well as tennis courts and playgrounds for children.

Tooting is one of the greenest areas in central London with 3 huge parks within walking distance of each other, yet only a few stops on the tube from the centre of London with amazing links on the Northern Line and British Rail (direct to Victoria).
We love living here as we get the best of both worlds!
