The apartment we offer is located in the Residence of Anse des Rochers in Saint François. It has a magnificent view of the sea and in particular the island of Marie-Galante.
The residence consists of several buildings of Creole architecture located in a landscaped park where you can discover coconut, banana, bougainvillea and other exotic species.
The complex is secure. It has a private beach protected by the coral reef, with views of the Basse-Terre.
An overflow swimming pool with an area of around 1,000 m2 is also available exclusively to tenants.
The apartment, located on the 1st floor of the Baliser building, is equipped with:
- Kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, kettle, SENSEO and classic coffee maker, toaster;
- Living room: 1 140 cm bed, 1 140 cm loft bed, 1 82 cm flat screen TV;
- Bathroom renovated in July 2017 and washing machine incorporated;
Bed and bathroom linen is provided.
WIFI is accessible from the studio.
