As you can see in the photos, this isn’t your typical rental home. We’re looking for a family that wants to feel right at home—at ease and comfortable. If you’re familiar with Rosamar, you already know what it’s like. If you’re not, we invite you to discover it.<br>We’re offering a charming two-story, 130 m2 home located in Rosamar, a residential community known for its tranquility and beautiful beaches. You’ll be in the heart of the Costa Brava, just a fifteen-minute drive from Sant Feliu de Guíxols. The exterior of the house, which is accessed from the street via a private driveway, features a large terrace that completely surrounds it, a barbecue area, and a wooded/garden area where you’ll enjoy the fabulous Mediterranean climate. On the terrace itself, there’s a shower area where you can rinse off the sand when you return from the beach or simply cool off. There’s also a shed housing the washing machine and storage space for cleaning and gardening supplies. You can sunbathe on the lounge chairs, take a nap in a comfortable hammock, or have a family meal under the awnings while looking out at the sea. Inside, on the first floor, there is a large living-dining room (25 m²) with a fireplace, a separate kitchen fully equipped with all appliances (induction cooktop, electric oven, Miele combi-refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso and espresso machines, extra-large double toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, etc.), a double bedroom, and a half-bath. The first floor has three double bedrooms, two of which open onto a terrace (15 m²) with ocean views; there, you can relax under the awnings or sunbathe. It also features a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower and another full bathroom with a shower, both facing outward with aluminum windows and translucent glass. The property features wood and aluminum window frames, air conditioning (charged separately), heating, and hot water supplied by a diesel boiler or electric water heater. At street level, there is a garage, currently used as a storage room. However, you can easily park your car in front of the house (we do this for sheer convenience). It’s important to know that the residential complex has a very good restaurant and a beach bar that are open from mid-May. However, it’s worth noting that there are no supermarkets or stores in the area, so for daily or weekly shopping, you’ll need to drive along the winding road to Sant Feliu de Guíxols (8 km from Rosamar, a 15-minute drive). There is no Wi-Fi connection in the house—in fact, there isn’t any in the entire residential complex except at the restaurant and the beach bar—but the major carriers provide good cell service. The owners provide, at no additional cost, a SIM card with unlimited data and a router to facilitate connecting your devices during your stay.
