Two-bedroom holiday apartment in Malaga with large rooftop terrace located steps away from the beach.



This charming holiday home is located in a brand new building nested in the heart of the picturesque fisherman's district of Pedregalejo



The property is set up as a duplex-style home, on two different floors, both with terrace.



When entering the main floor, you will find two double bedrooms, with plenty of closet space, one of them giving directly onto a large terrace, as well as a bathroom with shower.



The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable dining and living room areas. It is tastefully decorated with light Mediterranean tones reminiscent of the neighborhood it is located in.



A stairwell takes you to the top floor where you will an amazing rooftop terrace with outdoors furniture and a BBQ area to enjoy al fresco dining.



This is the perfect holiday home in Malaga for you to experience both traditional Andalusian and urban living, while being minutes away from the beach.



The property features high-speed internet and air-condidioning throughout. A parking space is available, subject to availability, for 15ā‚¬ per day in a building nearby.



The promenade is currently under renovation, and there may be some noise and dust for a while, although we donā€™t know how long it will last.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable, near the beach and some nice restaurants round the corner. There was also a supermarket a few minutes walk away that had everything we needed. It was a lovely walk into Malaga and a bus nearby to get us there in around 15 minutes. Can't wait to return.

Location - close to beach and restaurants Quiet- very quiet Small thing but more detail on access when you arrive. There are two key boxes. Instructions on how to access lift to top floor. Itā€™s not obvious when you donā€™t know what key is what.

Love the location of this comfortable apartmentā€¦..near to everything you need and a roomy roof terrace to relax on. Second visit there and would definitely book againā€¦..plus airport transfers booked with Solaga were excellent experience too. Option to purchase a basic grocery welcome pack of water/coffee/milk plus snacks could be a benefit for very late check ins/arrivals??

Beautiful apartment

We stayed at this lovely apartment for the 2nd time in March. It is very conveniently located, close to bus stop, restaurants, beach and supermarket. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed is extremely comfortable. We found it very quiet at night for sleeping. The Solaga staff are amazing. They respond right away to any questions. They are very friendly and helpful. We hope to return, and will just use Solaga.

This new apartment is ideally situated in Pedragalejo. The roof terrace is well equipped for relaxing days but youā€™re just a step away from the beachfront with a good selection of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Needs more than one mirrorā€¦.if more than two staying would have been hard work. Would fit them behind bedroom doors maybe?

I just spent a magical few nights in this townhouse. It was perfect. I kept thinkingā€¦ā€Iā€™d love to live here!ā€- the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The bed and linen so divine I have since ordered the same bedding in NY! The outdoor space, patio and roof top patio made me so happy. And the location was perfect. Two blocks from the water. My happy place in Malaga and Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll be back. Thank you beautiful townhouse for taking such great care of me

Fabulous location and excellent stay

The property was spacious with two terraces. The roof terrace was amazing. The proximity to the beach was an advantage as well as to local bars and restaurants with excellent food. The local beaches were much better than those in central Malaga. Entry to the property was confusing. In the written details it did not say you would need to use one of the keys to access this property via the lift. Nor that other residents in the same building like to lock the outer door, so, when leaving, and having been instructed to leave the keys inside the apartment, you then risk being trapped in the building with no way of getting out. Luckily my exit coincided with the cleanerā€™s arrival & she rang your office.

Gute Lage, schƶne Wohnung, aber nichts fĆ¼r Ruhesuchende

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend. Man fĆ¼hlte sich sofort wohl. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Man muss sich erst daran gewƶhnen, dass es keinerlei Sichtschutz an den Fenstern gibt. Die Aussenrolladen will man ja nicht den ganzen Tag herunterlassen, aber nur im Bad ist das Fenster mit Milchglas versehen. Die Sauberkeit kƶnnte besser sein. Der Tisch im Essbereich hatte noch feine KrĆ¼mel auf der Platte. Ebenso die Infomappe, die dort lag. Ein Trinkglas im Schrank hatte angetrocknete Reste von Saft oder Smoothie. Ein Oberbettbezug hatte einen Fleck, der nach Kaffee aussah. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist fantastisch, Strand und diverse Lokale sind fusslƤufig erreichbar. Eine ruhige Unterkunft ist dies jedoch nicht, denn der Verkehr von der viel befahrenen Calle Colombia ist trotz einer dazwischen liegenden HƤuserzeile noch deutlich zu hƶren - auch spƤtabends noch. Selbst mitten in der Nacht wird schon mal ein Motorrad unter dem Schlafraum gestartet. Man darf also nicht empfindlich sein. FĆ¼r unseren Mietwagen mussten wir jeweils einen Parkplatz in den umliegenden StraƟen finden und auch wirklich gut rĆ¼ckwƤrts einparken kƶnnen. Pedregalejo ist eine gute Wahl, was das Umfeld angeht. Es ist ein von Einheimischen bewohnter Stadtteil nur 5 km zur Innenstadt und bietet fĆ¼r Touristen diverse Lokale (vielfach Fisch) entlang der Strandpromenade. Man hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung an die FernstraƟen auch fĆ¼r Besuche in Sevilla, Granada und CĆ³rdoba.
