The town's abundance of black and white timbered buildings, narrow cobbled streets, unique shops, tea rooms, and traditional pubs, along with the acclaimed Judges' Lodgings, a Victorian museum complete with stunning judges' apartments, servants' quarters, courtroom, and cells, make it clear why it received this award. Great place to stay
A lovely rustic, country property. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you could need. In a very quiet location with lots of walks around the area. We had a family event in the local area, so was a great place for us to be based at, as a larger group. The house is very cosy, with the beautiful orginal features of an old farm/ estate property. Lots of space for children to play and large family meals to be had together.
