Newly renovated apartment located on a lower floor in an elegant Art Nouveau villa, on the Janiculum hill in Trastevere, in an embassy area with easy free parking. Very quiet and safe. It has a bedroom, a living room with a futon with 2 additional beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, hot/cold air conditioning, independent radiators, 50" Italian LED TV, capsule coffee machine. Our guests can also use the communal garden and terrace. The terrace has one of the 5 most beautiful views in all of Rome. The owners, who directly manage several high-level tourist facilities, will be able to advise you on every attraction of this city and help you with your every need.We are off to stay in the splendid Eternal City

Wonderful Stay in Rome

The owner was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful… The neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful, and safe… The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and clean… We have stayed several times in Rome, but never appreciated it as much as we did from this place…. looking forward to our return!

Extremely Polite, Safe, and Perfect

Stefano was Extremely Polite, Informative and Positive Attitude. Property location is safe, clean and with a beautiful view of Rome from the terrace. Yes, there are stairs (to the property) but what better way to work off all the delicious pasta. Stayed with my sister and we are both 60+, we felt extremely safe, and thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Rome. Stefano was so helpful with everything from transportation to/from port and airport, taxi info and best way to get one, to being safe within the city itself. We will be back! Thank you, Grazie Dana

Very nice stay

Before arrival, the owner arranged transportation from us from Fiumicino to the apartment, and again from the apartment to Fiumicino after our stay. Upon arrival, he greeted us, we went over the particulars (access to property, what to expect, places to eat). The unit is located in Trastevere, in an upscale and safe neighborhood next door to the Embassy of Ireland, the American Academy, the Church of San Pietro in Montorio, in Gianicolo Hill. Rome house with rooftop view

The house was walkable to many restaurants and conveniences. It was in a very quiet safe area in between.two consulates. It was a beautiful area with a large roof top deck with an expensive view of Rome.

Good but not luxury

The unit we were offered is not the same as advertised. It is in the basement as to upper floors. Since it is 37C in Rome, it worked out better for a comfortable stay so I didn't complaint. All the hosts that we dealt with are fantastic and very helpful. The location is in a quiet neighborhood on a hill away from city noise. It is great for sleeping but it is a 12-15 min walk down hill to lower Trastevere and returning uphill. Roof terrace has a great view but patio furnitures are dirty and no sun coverages.

Great days in Trastevere

The apartment was very clean and well located in Trastevere close to the Fontana dell’Acqua Paola. It was an easy walk to restaurants in Trastevere. Stephano and Frabizio were very friendly and easy to communicate with , gave us food information about places to visit and restaurants . They also made arrangements for transfers for the airport and to the train station. In the roof top there is a beautiful sitting area with a great view from Rome. We had fabulous days in the apartment and can’t wait to come back to Rome again.

Wonderful Apartment!

Lovely place to stay! The building has an incredible terrace with views of all of Rome. Fabrizio was so kind upon check-in, providing us with a map with recommendations for places to eat, and places to go. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was lovely and included all the essentials, including kitchen supplies. The host was very friendly, helping us to arrange airport transfers, and providing information on nearby markets, cafes, churches, bakeries, and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Un merveilleux séjour.

Fabrizio, le propriétaire, est très sympathique et nous a très bien accueilli. Le logement est très agréable même s'il manque de lumière naturelle. Mais comme nous étions dehors toute la journée, cela ne nous a pas gêné. Le logement est parfaitement situé, dans un quartier calme, mais proche du quartier très animé du Trastevere (restaurants, cafés). Rome est magnifique et ce fut un séjour merveilleux.

Loved our hosts and this property

Located on peaceful Giancola hilltop above the hustle and bustle of lower Trastevere, we truly enjoyed this lower level apartment located in a very safe neighborhood. The hosts were so attentive when we needed them and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen and living area were roomy and well appointed. Amazing view from the roof top terrace. Would definitely book again.

Terrific stay on the Gianicolo

Highly recommended. Terrific stay above Trastevere on the Gianicolo. This is a great apartment that very soon felt like a home base - very quiet, far above the crowds in a wonderful neighborhood, just the right size and everything in top shape. The moka coffee maker was great -- grazie! - as was the washing machine - a very much appreciated addition. Incredible view from the roof and walking down to the Fontana Acqua Paola every day was excellent. The less-touristy neighborhood of Monte Verde over the hill beyond the Porta San Pancrazio is well worth visiting - great wine and grocery stores and restaurants. The reception was superb - mi dispiace di aver dimenticato il suo nome, Signore! -- friendly, informative and helpful. I later asked for a sponge or two for the kitchen and it arrived within a half-hour. :) Grazie mille per tutto.

Great Hosts, Great Apartment

The apartment was in a great location up on a hill in Trastevere. The hosts arranged a driver to get us from and to the train station at a reasonable rate, and also provided a wealth of wonderful recommendations. We loved our time there and would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay - quiet but close enough

Located in high Trastevere - you're close enough to the action without being right in the noise and grittiness of it. Also on the other end, you're close enough to surburbia for great homemade style food and shops. Our host Fabrizio was amazing with a bevy of tips and hospitality. The place was comfortable.

A calm home above Trastevere

Great place to stay while you discover Trastevere and Rome. It's a great feeling to walk back up to the apartment and finish the day with a great view of the city and a calmer area of town.

Beautiful Place

Loved our little apartment on Giacomo. Place was very nice and while a little off the main it was very peaceful and beautiful area. Stefano was wonderful in helping us with taxi's to and from airport and answering other questions/concerns during out stay. Only thing was terrace while beautiful also at the time is shared among all tenants and a little challenging to get up to vs being accessable from the apartment. Otherwise perfect place to stay

Amazing

We loved our stay and the neighborhood was amazing . The owners are wonderful. Stephano was so great, helping us with directions, restaurants recommendations, taxis, etc. the property has a roof top the looks over all of Rome. Magnificent!!! Our apartment looked like it was recently updated and very clean. It is also a hotel.

Fantastic property and local manager

Stefano was super attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. And the view from the rooftop is one of the best in all of Rome!

Rome - a time to remember

My friends and I were warmly greeted by Stefano. Upon arrival we felt safe and at home. After being shown the suite and we were taken up to the roof top terrace - so so beautiful! Stefano gave us information on all the monuments you could see from the roof top. Any questions we had were promptly answered and recommendations given. Having a lovely place to come back to at night made Rome an even better experience. Would highly recommend. :)

Un séjour enchanteur

Nous avons profité à 100Þ notre séjour à Rome dans cet appartement situé dans un bel immeuble romain avec un accès à une terrasse à la vue incroyable .Bus et commerces sont à proximité. L'appartement est dans le quartier du Trastevere très sympathique et est au calme.l accueil de nos hôtes Stéfano et Fabrizio a été chaleureux et nous ont fourni de bons conseils ainsi qu aide à notre arrivée et notre départ.l appartement est bien équipé.C' était un super séjour !
