Bedroom is spacious having 2 queen sized bed, cupboards, chestdrawer,dish tv split A/C, Ceiling fan
Bathroom are attached n private with 24 hours Hot & Cold water, western style commord n other essentials
20 litre filtered drinking available only for drinking purpose

Power backup for fan of lights n wifi n emergency socket for 5 hrs


Wifi with internet speed upto 300 Mbps speed n unlimited data ideal for work from home
Breakfast can be arranged charges are 120 rupees per person
kindly let us know previous day if you want to order menu is available on request
maid come for short time will enter only with your permission and under your attention duties include cleaning, mopping of apartment bathroom cleaning, trash clearing

kitchen utensils cleaning is not included in her daily duty but can arrange for minimum charges kindly discuss with the maid

personal laundry washing available for minimum charge of rupees 250 for 7 kg load.machine .

Iron is available on request kindly let us know if you need one to iron your clothes
if you want to try special Goan food in pls let us know in one day advance.

Guests can access the entire apartment, the terrace and the common area below. enter anytime with no restriction during their stay

- Please carry a valid government ID as required by local laws.
- Please inform us if getting/ entertaining any friends or outside visitors.
- No loud music/noise will be allowed due to respect for other guests

kitchen facilities is available for self cooking and self utensils cleaning is recommended if not small kitchen cleaning charge is applicable
