The Villa Estate at Isla Palenque is designed in the style of an expansive oceanfront villa with outdoor walkways in lieu of hallways. This highly-serviced estate sits above sandy Playa Primera, and includes an infinity pool and the private restaurant we call Edén.

The Villa Estate Rental at Isla Palenque includes: ( for up to 6 guests)

• One Round trip boat transfer per party between Boca Chica and Isla Palenque
• A variety of guided Island Tours (weather and tide dependent)
• 3 Daily Meals: Breakfast and Lunch a la carte; Dinner includes appetizer, main course and dessert plus non alcoholic & non-mixed drink.

*The Villa Rental can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests in double occupancy. Base rate is for 6 guests, Additional guest will be charged.

Our Villa Estate has six rooms, and each one is unique. We’ve split the rooms into three categories:

The Garden Room (1)
This room includes a plush queen-sized bed, small seating area and an outdoor shower suspended among the jungle trees.

Jungle Rooms (3)
These 300sqft rooms with adjoining balconies feature queen-sized beds and cozy sitting areas for the perfect respite after a day of island adventure.

Ocean Suites (2)
For those who wish to truly indulge, our expansive, 500sqft suites include a 150sqft balcony with sweeping views of the Pacific and surrounding forest. An indoor/outdoor lounge, king-sized bed, driftwood desk, comfortable dining area, “his and hers” sinks, rain-head shower, and giant soaking tub ensure that you’ll never want to check out.

The Ocean Suites are the only rooms that can accommodate three people by adding an extra bed.
