Unique modern two-bedroom apartment, located in an ideal holiday location, on the first line of the Poniente beach, Benidorm. The apartments offer sea-views and the city park of eucalyptus trees. The Poniente area is a modern area with a well-developed infrastructure: restaurants, shops, public transport, a playground located right on the beach. Due to the unique location of the apartment, you can enjoy both the sound of the sea without leaving your home and walking along the modern promenade.
The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two separate single beds, the apartment is ideal for families of 4. On request, it is possible to provide a baby cot (for a child up to 3 years old).
On the terrace there is comfortable wicker furniture - a table, armchairs, which allows guests to enjoy outdoor activities with a view of the sea.
The apartments are equipped with linen, towels, basic hygiene products.
The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle.
On the territory of the apartment there is a swimming pool, with individual access to the pool.
Cleaning is available upon request.
