Coastal Rest is a beautifully renovated three storey townhouse, finished to a luxuriously high standard to offer a fantastic holiday home. Set on a quiet street just yards from the coastline, Coastal Rest is in the quiet village of Cellardyke and is just minutes away from the harbourfront of Anstruther. With four bedrooms, it is a large and bright home with every detail carefully chosen to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. This property is ideal for families and groups alike.
As soon as you step inside Coastal Rest, the superb high standard that has been set in this home is evident and it flows through every room and even the outdoor space. Flexible to suit the guests, each of the double and twin rooms can be arranged as king beds or twins. The twin room can be set as a king and also has an additional pull out bed suitable for a child (fee applies).
Each room is tastefully decorated with rest and relaxation at the forefront. Whether travelling as a family group or with friends, there is ample space for everyone to socialise together in the lounge, spacious dining kitchen and garden and even a kids' chillout area in the twin room with beanbag seating and TV.
Ground floor comprises: entrance area with large cupboard for storing cases, golf clubs etc. and Master en-suite bedroom. There is a handy utility room off the staircase which leads to the first floor. A lounge, bedroom with bunk beds and family shower room are on this level, with a few steps leading to the fantastic dining kitchen. A further utility space- perfect for dogs- leads to the rear access onto the garden. The dining area also opens onto the garden.
The second floor has the spacious double room and twin room with chill out area.
Access to the property can be through the ground floor entrance, or from the garden entrance which brings you onto the first floor. The immaculate garden offers tiered areas with plenty seating options. Offstreet parking for one vehicle is provided to the rear, with additional on street parking available.
