Villa Evilia is a pleasant property set in beautiful gardens in the Polis countryside. Spacious outside area and large lawn are perfect for relaxing in the Cyprus sun or playing a ball game. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located just a short drive away from the shops, restaurants and the beach that the traditional village of Polis has to offer. The picturesque harbour of Latchi is also close by. The villa includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, WiFi and a private heated pool.

Villa Evilia is situated in the countryside of Polis, amidst orange and olive groves, with views to the Akamas National Park. The nearest beach is just a 20 minute stroll from the villa or you can visit the nearby restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Whether you opt for a car or taxi, Polis and the coastal village of Latchi is just a short drive from the villa, where you can explore the towns' inviting restaurants and local shops.

Main pool: 10 x 5 mtr, 1 - 2.2 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
