Featuring a full 1 acre of landscaped heaven surrounded by 26 acres of vineyards. The main house features 2 bedrooms 2 baths, beautifully decorated with all Restoration Hardware furniture and European antiques, giving it a cozy but modern wine country feel. Beautiful eat in kitchen which overlooks the sweeping views and living room, with a warmly lite fireplace, or for summer months, the beautiful evening breezes. The yard boasts a show-stopping 20' x 50' pool with swim lane, with a full-size therapy hot tub with 49 jets by sundance, nearby. A full size authentic Sioux Tipi, is also on the property making photo opportunities endless. Guests will also enjoy a regulation-sized Bocci Court and horseshoe pit. An adult-sized swing set also overlooks the 26 acres of vineyards. The massive resort-like yard also features several seating areas to take in the vineyard views with over 8000 sq. ft of lawn. Custom tables under beautiful market lights are also available to enjoy wine and good food among the vineyards. All landscaping lighting, fountains, and a full all-property Sonos sound system are controlled by remote. There's no end to wine country luxury and enjoyment at this property. This is one where you'll surely make memories. no children under 14 are allowed on the property no exceptions.
