This apartment is located on a ground floor with direct access from the street, ideal for those looking for comfort and easy entry. Its open design integrates a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, perfect for up to 4 people, and a fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances: induction, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. Everything is designed so you can prepare your meals without complications. Additionally, it has a comfortable desk and high-speed fibre optic wifi connection (1GB/s symmetric), ideal for teleworking or enjoying your free time connected.
The main bedroom has a double bed with a window facing the street, protected with opaque curtains to guarantee your privacy. It also offers enough space to store your luggage in an orderly manner. The apartment has air conditioning in the common area, providing a cool or warm environment depending on the season, and a bathroom with a shower tray for your comfort.
If you travel with small pets (up to 5 kg), this accommodation accepts them with a supplement of 10€ per pet per day, with a maximum of two animals per booking.

Fairly good apartment in great location
The apartment is in great location - walking distance from the main attractions. The on street parking is relatively easy, we could find space fairly close. It was rather clean and had most of the needed equipment - AC, washing machine, even the umbrellas for the beach.

The bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning works well.It is situated at about 10 minutes' walk from the old part of the city centre.There is a Maskom supermarket about 3 minutes' walk away.As a single traveller, this property suited my needs.

It is situated at about 10 minutes' walk from the old part of the city centre.
There is a Maskom supermarket about 3 minutes' walk away.
As a single traveller, this property suited my needs.

Overall an excellent trip to Malaga and stay at this property. Well located 5/10 minures walk from the historical centre. Experience with the host was very positive and professional The property was comfortable , very well appointed , very clean and reasonably spaciousOnly main issue was the exterior noise outside the property at night , which is beyond the owners control. Minor issues were the heating in the property. The heat coming from the air con unit was just sufficient. But bearing in mind the trip was in January it was probably understandable. Maybe the addition of a small heater at this time of the year would be a solution. Other small issue was the shower door coming off its runner, an easy fix.Overall a very enjoyable experience

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. İn der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte zum einkaufen und einen kostenlosen Parkplatz findet man am Abend auch, wenn man fleißig sucht. Die Wohnung selber ist schlicht gehalten aber ausreichend. Was ein Pluspunkt unserer Seite war, dass es auch Strandschirm etc. vorhanden war.

El apartamento está genial localizado, solo tienes que dar un paseo y estás en el centro de Málaga, es perfecto para visitar la ciudad y el propietario nos ayudó en lo que necesitábamos, muchas gracias por todo.

Das Apartment entspricht im großen und ganzen den Bildern jedoch ist es sehr einfach eingerichtet. Billiges Standard Ikea Mobiliar, größtenteils neuwertig. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb es Zentrums, jedoch ist man schnell dahin gelaufen. Das Apartment liegt direkt an einer ganztägig befahrenen Straße im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr laut. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren durch eine halbhohe Wand getrennt. Alle Geräte haben gut funktioniert und waren sauber. Auch die Unterkunft selbst war weitestgehend sauber, bis auf den Fußboden. Wir benötigten eine Baby Ausstattung, diese wurde extra neu gekauft. Desweiteren wurde uns auf Nachfrage noch ein Bettbezug gebracht.

El alojamiento era justo lo que necesitábamos, está genial conectado y puedes visitar todo el centro de Málaga. El propietario fue muy agradable y nos dio muchas recomendaciones de la zona.
