Belle Vue rests in Hay-on-Wye, Powys, and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Please note, no pets and no stag/hen/party bookings

Lounge with electric fire, sofa and Smart TV. Sitting room (with sofa bed on request). 1st floor: one king-size bed with en suite walk-in shower, basin and WC ; one super king-size (zip link- twin on request), en suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC; one king-size with TV. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. 2nd floor has: one king-size with ensuite, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC; one super twin (zip link, can be superking on request) and ensuite, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Office with Smart TV, desk, furniture and single fold up bed for flexible sleeping. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Lower-ground floor games room. Off road parking for 4 cars. Parking also available locally. Electric car charging on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent (Linen for sofa bed linen or office pull out bed is on request). Please note: This property does not accept party bookings.

Basement games room with small pool table, table tennis and also table football. Enclosed rear garden with patio, built in barbecue and furniture. Lockable bike storage. TV. Wi-Fi. Fuel and power inc. rent. Bed linen and towels inc. rent, (Bedding provided for sofa bed and pull out bed is on request). Off road parking for 3 cars. Note: superfast 22 kWh electric vehicle charging point available for guests use on request. Short stay roadside parking immediately in front of the property, as well as a large long stay public car park approx 300 metres away. Shop and pubs 0.1 miles. Note: there are steps throughout this property that may be unsuitable for those with mobility issues but there is step free access to the ground floor double sofa bed on request and ground floor bathroom. . This home was unbelievably nice -- roomy, clean, well appointed right in the middle of Hay On Wye. We felt like we were guests in a palace.

Ground floor: double sofa bed available on request.Ground floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. First floor: one king-size four poster bed with en suite with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC ; one super king-size (zip link- can be twin on request), en suite with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel, rail, and WC; one king-size with TV. Second floor: one king-size with ensuite, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC; one super king-size (zip link, can be twin on request) with TV and ensuite, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Super comfortable Hypnos mattresses on all king-size beds. Office - 2nd floor with desk, big screen , leather sofa and chairs.Also single fold up bed providing additional flexibility for single guests if required.
