Renovations completed Spring 2022, featuring new: Floors, metal roof, windows, doors, furniture, kitchen & dinning room counter tops, appliances, laundry room, light fixtures, bathrooms, wet bar area, freshly painted inside and out, ski patio with fire-pit and picnic area, landscaping, Sonos sound system throughout and many more renovations/improvements for your enjoyment.

Our Vermont home is a spacious single family house conveniently located within the pristine Quechee Lakes Country Club, a hidden jewel, with a very private setting. It is a short 2 hour drive from Boston, 30 minutes to Killington, 40 minutes to Okeemo, 10 minutes to Woodstock and 20 minutes to Hanover NH and Dartmouth College. Quechee, VT is an amazing destination for all four seasons.

Easy access to the home with paved roads and very close proximity to groceries, gas-station, banks, and restaurants as well as several tourist destinations and attractions such as Simon Pierce glass factory, Quechee Gorge, Quechee Antique Mall, VINS (Vermont Institute of Natural Science) and other amenities like the Quechee Library, the Quechee covered bridge, Dartmouth College, Billings Farm, The Quechee Balloon Festival, etc…

The home is part of The Quechee Lakes Country Club and it is only a short drive to the Club house. Our renters may enjoy all the Club amenities by paying a guest member rate. Quechee Lakes amenities and attractions include golf, tennis, indoor and outdoor swimming, Lake Pinneo beach with access to kayaks and paddle boards, downhill skiing and cross country skiing during winter, great dining, etc. Our home and the Quechee Lakes Country Club are centrally located to restaurants, area festivities, offering a full line of fun activities for the entire family.

Our home sleeps 12 comfortably and it is perfect for your Vermont get-away any time year-round. 3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a big basement with a pool table, wet bar and 6 twin beds makes this home the perfect place for families or larger groups. The main level has 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed and full bath inside, the second bedroom with 2 twin beds that could be use separated or join to created the effect of a king bed, and the third also has 2 twin beds that could be use separated or join to created the effect of a king bed. There are two full bath in the second floor in addition to the master bath. The open concept main level has the living room, a brick wood burning fireplace, and dining area with easy access to the fully equipped Kitchen and a wraparound deck.

Outdoor area has a ski themed patio with ski furniture, a picnic table and a fire pit waiting for your enjoyment.

Home amenities include HDTV with cable, DVD player, WiFi, Pool table, washer/dryer, etc. Also, the home has all the required extras including sheets, towels and kitchen instruments. A Weber charcoal grill is kept in the garage. There's a working fireplace as well.

Great spot for Christmas family gathering

We had our three young adult children join us here for a Christmas stay. We hosted my parents and my sister’s family as well for Christmas festivities and it was great. Very comfortable and well equipped. convenient to Upper Valley adventures.

Fabulous home

We reserve this home for our daughter’s graduation at Dartmouth College. Only about 10 to 15 minutes away. This house did not disappoint. We had several family members who came up to stay and couldn’t be happier with the space. The property is clean and updated and accommodated comfortably all of us. There is a fire pit and pool table, we took advantage of both. Check in was an any questions easy and Guillermo answered any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this home if you’re looking to stay in that area.

Quechee stay

The Gonzalez home is very comfortable, especially the wonderful mattresses. Location is quiet, in the Quechee section. Close to Simon Pearce and the gorge and about a 15 minute drive to Woodstock. Easy to communicate with the hosts who are very gracious.

Trip to visit family

We stayed here for a week while visiting grandparents in Hanover, NH. The house was perfect! My kids loved it a lot. Everything was exactly as described on the site including the pics. Very clean. Very comfortable. So much space. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. Host was so pleasant to deal with and really wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. We look forward to going back and staying there again next time we visit. Such a wonderful week!

A Glorious Vermont Getaway!

This was our first Vrbo experience, and thanks to the care and kindness of owners Guillermo and Elena, it won't be our last. Their beautiful, newly renovated Vermont country home was the perfect getaway for our family of five. We loved the spacious living and dining room, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals. The bedrooms were extremely cozy, all with AC! And our new Granddaughter loved listening to the birds in the morning on the wrap around porch. It was a glorious week, and we can't wait to return.

Absolutely Beautiful

Went up for College graduation and had an absolutely wonderful time . Even with the busy schedule of graduation we got to enjoy the gorge , covered bridges and museums. The home was clean and welcoming and the scenery was breathing.

Nice cozy house

Great location in the Vermont woods near Woodstock

The house was as comfortable as advertised in a great location with easy access to both Quechee and Woodstock. The owner was a good communicator and checkin and checkouts were easy. The kitchen was very well equipped and comfortable to cook in. Our timing was not great as we arrived just after a microburst took down 20 trees on the property. While the owner had removed the fallen trees, the signs of devastation were visible around the house and the the air was filled with the near nonstop sound of timber saws on the surrounding properties. Once the saws stopped on the weekend, however, the tranquility of the place returned. We hope to return again to enjoy an even more peaceful stay.

I rented this house to be the homesite for our family who were arriving to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The rental was lovely, the owners very good at communicating.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay, the house was beautiful, very clean but homely, new bathrooms and very comfortable bed. Great spot away from everything but only a short drive to Quechee or Woodstock. The owners were extremely helpful throughout the booking process. Would definitely recommend for any families looking for a nice comfortable home away from home

Weekend Trip

My friends and I stayed here for my brothers bachelor party and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house and surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous! It provides the perfect amount of privacy / seclusion but also only a short drive from all you need (restaurants, hikes, golf, breweries, etc.). One of our favorite parts of the house was sitting out on the wrap around deck, enjoying the peacefulness during the day and the stars at night. We highly recommend staying here.

Cozy Family Retreat

We had a great time staying at the Quechee home. The owners were so communicative and friendly and their home had a huge windowed living area looking out at trees! We just wished we could have stayed longer! My entire family was so happy and content at this home.

Great for 2 families

We had 2 families staying here for a wedding at the Quechee inn. It wasxanveasy, 5 min drive away, very convenient. We were 8, with 3 couples, so the 3 bedrooms plus many twin beds in the basement was plenty for our group, with room to spare (we needed flexibility, as we weren't sure who could come when we reserved. Long Term Stay in Quechee

Stayed here for 2 months with a group of friends. Guillermo was ever so accommodating to our every need. The property was clean upon arrival and was stocked with all that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Dartmouth Graduation

My family stayed at the Gonzalez's house for 4 nights for our daughter's graduation from Dartmouth. We couldn't have chosen better. The house was beautiful, very spacious and clean. Perfect to relax, sit outside on the deck, enjoy nature, cook meals, you name it.... Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The communication with Guillermo was very good before and while our stay.

We live in North Palm Beach, FL. We have 4 kids and we also have 2 dogs. We go to Quechee every possible summer and winter! We love skiing, hiking, relaxing, and the kids LOVE lake Pinneo, mountain bikes, downhill skiing, day trips, etc. We also enjoy all fun Quechee Club planned activities and summer camp.

Elena and Guillermo Gonzalez purchased this house in May 2017 but have been coming to the area for many years before they purchased a house.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We just love spending time as a family in Quechee, love the views, drives, playing in waterfalls in Route 100, summer camp for the kids, etc. We also enjoy Quechee Club, kids love kayaking in Lake Pinneo, golf and tennis. Aside from that we enjoy downhill skiing and sledding. We just love all the outdoor activities and a very safe healthy and beautiful environment. We also have many nice restaurants very close by. We have been coming to Quechee for over 10 years and my husband grew up going to camps in Vermont. We saw the house and we just felt in love in the first 5 minutes.

Privacy, very nice private house in the middle of the woods. Nice tall trees around the house makes you feel relaxed in a private place but within minutes of everything.
