This two story condo provides you with all the comforts of a home away from home. Fully furnished home includes a kitchen with everything needed to host a dinner with friends or make breakfast in the morning. Bathrooms have towels for your use and lush pillow top mattresses for a peaceful nights sleep. *Any stay over 1 month will be charged an additional $100 per month cleaning fee.

Condo includes a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 upstairs bedrooms. There is also a community pool, hot tub and work out center available for your pleasure. Everything you need includes bedding, towels, cookware, coffee maker, blender and dishes all right at your fingertips, Wireless High-Speed Internet, as well as parking for two vehicles are included. Ample storage is available on the outside deck as well as 4 closets/wardrobes inside. There is one desk/work space.

Host is available at all times to assist with your questions regarding distance, travel, tips, etc. and you are encouraged to call for suggestions and information. You are just approx. 7 minutes from the high end outlet mall along with all your shopping desires. Enjoy Historic Downtown Castle Rock within minutes drive and include 2 coffee shops, wonderful stores, fine dining, European bakery, library, swimming pool and tennis courts.
