A Villa Cristiano é uma magnífica moradia térrea com piscina privada, ideal para férias em família ou entre amigos, com total privacidade e conforto.



Ao entrar, encontramos uma ampla e luminosa sala de estar e jantar em open space, perfeita para momentos de convívio e descontração.



A casa dispõe de cinco quartos, pensados para proporcionar descanso e comodidade. Numa das zonas da casa há dois quartos, um com cama de casal e outro en-suite com duas camas individuais, servidos por uma casa de banho comum. Na outra zona encontram-se três quartos, dois com cama de casal, sendo um deles en-suite, e um com duas camas individuais, com uma casa de banho comum adicional.



Conta ainda com duas cozinhas totalmente equipadas, ideais para preparar refeições com toda a praticidade e conforto durante a estadia.



No exterior, poderá desfrutar de um jardim bem cuidado, zona de espreguiçadeiras e uma piscina privada perfeita para momentos de lazer. A área de barbecue e a mesa exterior tornam cada refeição ao ar livre ainda mais especial.



Localizada perto das praias, restaurantes, bares e da vibrante vida noturna de Albufeira, na zona tranquila da Branqueira.



O dia de mudança desta propriedade é ao Sábado (no entanto, poderá haver flexibilidade na época baixa).

I think that the villa could do with some tlc needs attention as it’s looking tired - we had so many cuts on our feet from the pool missing tiles and quite a few loose ones - but overall loved the location really easy to get taxis and explore the area - had a great holiday

We were impressed with the villa especially the layout, we could separate the generations and have our own space when needed.The pool area was ideal and clean also the BBQ area which was in the shade ideal for the couple of BBQs we had.Had a lot of ants which we resolved with lots of ant powder.

Fantastic outdoor space and pool

This villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the private pool is fantastic. Having two fully equipped kitchens was a massive bonus for our group, making meal preparation so much easier. The barbecue area and outdoor dining table made our evenings very special.

Perfect family villa

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Cristiano. The villa is incredibly spacious, and having two fully equipped kitchens was a massive plus for our large group. The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, but we spent most of our time outside by the private pool and enjoying barbecues in the lovely garden. The location in Branqueira is great—very peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and the center of Albufeira. Highly recommended for familiesgroups of friends!

Fantastic week with family of 12 mixture of kids and adults, Villa is huge and great with having 2 kitchens and living rooms the space you have inside is fantastic as is the outdoor area and privacy. Few local bars 5 mins walk away with Aldi approx 15-20 walk or a quick and cheap uber away.

Perfect family getaway

This home is set up so you spend all of your time in the beautiful backyard with the pool. Our intergenerational family ranging in ages from 6-92 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners lived nearby and were quick to fix an issue with a toilet. They were also nice and told us about the fig tree on the property. We stayed in July when everything else was crowded - we didn't feel that at all in our little piece of heaven for 5 nights.

Family & friends holiday

This is a great villa for large groups, we had a few questions at the start of the holiday and the hosts couldn’t have responded more quickly, they were great. The pool is a good size for children and adults and plenty of space inside. My only feedback would be that the villa could be improved with some new facilities and bedding etc but everything worked and served a purpose and was also reflected in the price we paid.

Amazing villa

I stayed at this villa for my hen do and can’t rate it highly enough! A stunning villa with a lovely clean interior and amazing outdoor pool area! Very spacious villa with plenty of facilities to suit the amount of guests it sleeps! Amazing location, quiet and out of the way for us to not worry about making a lot of noise but only a few minute taxi journey to all amenities and both the strip and old town! Very good and easy communication throughout booking and during our stay with fast responses and an amazing set up for when we arrived! Lovely and clean with garden maintenance visiting during our stay to keep the pool and garden area clean and fresh! Absolutely loved it! Would love to have stayed longer and would 100% recommend to anyone! Nothing!

Unfortunately, our stay at this villa was extremely disappointing and did not live up to what was advertised.The biggest concern was the condition of the swimming pool. There were several cracks in the pool, and one member of our group suffered a deep cut to their toe that required a trip to the hospital. We contacted the host for assistance at the time but received no help or support, which was very disappointing considering the seriousness of the injury.The villa was also not advertised accurately. Some of the bedrooms were far smaller than expected, leaving some members of our group in extremely cramped rooms, while others had much larger spaces. This was not reflected in the listing or photos.To make matters worse, the air conditioning in several of the bedrooms did not work, making them very uncomfortable to sleep in.Following our stay, communication has continued to be poor. We are still waiting for an update regarding the return of our security deposit and have received no clear information despite asking.Overall, we were disappointed by the condition of the property, the lack of support when a guest was injured, the inaccurate listing, and the poor communication throughout. We would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

Highly recommended villa

Our group of friends had a memorable holiday here. The house is very spacious, so we never felt crowded. The pool area is amazing with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The communication with the team was excellent from start to finish. We would definitely book this villa again!

Perfect for families

We booked this villa for a family reunion, and it exceeded our expectations. The bedroom distribution is excellent, offering great privacy for different parts of the family. The open-plan living room is beautiful, and the house felt very welcoming. The outdoor space is completely safe and private for children to play.

Great location and privacy

Villa Cristiano offers total privacy while being incredibly close to everything. It is located in a very peaceful area in Branqueira, but just a short drive away from Albufeira's vibrant nightlife, beautiful beaches, and local shops. The house was spotless, cozy, and very well-equipped.

Wonderful stay in Albufeira

An absolute gem of a property. The villa is modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We loved having barbecues outside by the pool every evening. The kitchens have absolutely everything you need. The location is excellent—quiet at night but very close to beaches and restaurants.

Magnificent villa for large groups

We had an incredible time at Villa Cristiano! The fact that it is a single-story house made it very accessible and comfortable for our family. The open-space living area is huge and bright, perfect for everyone to gather. With five bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The outdoor area with the pool and sun loungers was where we spent most of our days. Highly recommend!

Die Beschreibung des Hauses und die gezeigten Fotos entsprechen im Wesentlichen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Allerdings kann man sagen, dass einige Dinge dringend ausgebessert oder erneuert werden müssen. Dazu gehören beispielsweise Badarmaturen (Bidet-/Duschkopf), frische Badtextilien (Duschvorhang/-lage) sowie ein Syphon mit Geruchsverschluss in den Küchen. Notwendige Elektroreparaturen wurden (nach unserem Hinweis) während unseres Aufenthalts erledigt.Insgesamt macht die Einrichtung des Hauses einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Gleichwohl war alles noch nutzbar und mithilfe des IKEA in Loulé haben wir es uns selbst noch etwas angenehmer gestaltet. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir als so gerade noch vertretbar.Ganz klar positiv wurden Lage, Erreichbarkeit, der Pool (!) und die Ruhe in der Nacht von uns wahrgenommen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Umgebung sind schnell erreichbar. Dazu ist aber ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief fast ausschließlich über E-Mail und WhatsApp und war reibungslos.
